I know this is first world problems but I really wish Burger King would do something about online orders. It sucks to have to wait in the drive thru for 30min for an order that’s already paid for and won’t be fresh. The workers are always really nice it’s just the system sucks.

So on 4/2/2022 I waited about 30 mins in the drive thru. Food and service was subpar. I left with the food and wasn’t given back my debit card. Drove to Colorado Springs and went to use my debit card and found out I didn’t have it. I had no money or could I get a new card due to it being a weekend.

Most horrible fast food place in the world. Customer service was unbelievable. And we were the only car in drive thrue the lobby was not open the young lady there was very nasty to us would not get me any souces even though I had paid extra, I had food missing and it cold. I will never be back.
