The person cutting my pizza should have a mask on. Employees were in dinning area without masks on. Three employees inc. shift manager were smoking outside by the front door. This location is consistently inconsistent. Sometimes I get perfectly cooked pizzas with fluffy crusts that will literally make you say mmm when you bite into it. However more often than not my pizza is completely burned from bottom to top with flat cardboard crust and cheese maybe 2 shades from bei

The crust on our pizzas was real thin and cardboard like, this needs to be fixed. I remember when Pizza Hut had really good pizza but the last 3 times we have ordered, we have had this problem with the crust and they were dry, not enough sauce.

My order was wrong, the pizza tasted terrible, it was thin crust and was supposed to be thick. The wings were boneless instead of having the bone and they were not good either. I will never buy Pizza Hut again.

Customer service is absolutely horrible here! Ren the cashier was so awful, was beyond rude and made such a scene over dressings. If you order pizza hut do not order from this location!

Only half my order was delivered, when I called they put me on hold 3 times before asking if I wanted the rest of my order or a store credit. When I said I wanted it they said okay it will be there in about 30 min.
