Banyans recently catered our wedding and everything was absolutely delicious. We opted for appetizers (the stuffed mushrooms were to die for!!) and a three-course plated meal (salad; choice of entrée between beef tenderloin, salmon, and a butternut squash ravioli; and a cheese and fruit plate). Frank and his team went above and beyond our expectations. We were very satisfied with the quality-price ratio and highly recommend working with Banyans - we will certainly do so in the future!
Special brunch, lunch or dinner will all exceed the standard. Friendly service staff and magic in the kitchen make this place elite on the Palouse. Always on my list for great food and ambiance.
I was there on behalf of my company Groove Approved DJ Entertainment in Spokane. The room was great acoustically and I found the serving and bar staff super acommodating !! My clients wedding reception went off with out a hitch because of the professionalism of the employees...The View is phenomenal!!..I hope to come back and do more events there!!
Tom had Maui Ribs and I had the Chicken Parm. Delicious New house salads are very good, too.
Great food, great music, family friendly. Would defiantly go again.
Great happy hour! Love the view always. Great service.

Lovely place and nice views. I attended various events organized by WSU there.
Banyan's on the ridge - five stars
Delicious but overpriced. My grandpa took my dad and I to this restaurant and we all got prime rib. We had calamari as a side. The prime rib was delicious as was the calamari. The prime rib cooked just right; tender, juicy, and everything else you would expect. The chef that cooks the food is really good at what he does - one of the best. The chef made some of the best creme brulee I've ever tried. The atmosphere is quite nice with the beautiful view. The staff is incredibly professional and kind. The restaurant is clean and not too loud. Now to the cons- way overpriced. Take seasons for example- they charge $20 for a prime rib meal with sides whereas Banyan's charges far more. This is just my opinion of course, but I'm sure many people in Pullman would pay the extra dollar if they did not have the time to drive to Seasons in Moscow. I'm sure if Banyan's lowered their markup to a reasonable rate they would have much more business.
High quality staff. They know the menu and make great recommendations all while being friendly and professional. The food was delicious. Great portions and quality. The menu is diverse and well thought out with options for everyone. The venue is incredible with a beautiful view of the course and surrounding area. All in all, this is a great dining experience and worth every dollar.
This is a fun and beautiful golf course! We had lunch for a company meeting as well that was fabulous. It was more than I expected by far. Pretty large portions and very flavorful. I will definitely be coming back when I visit Pullman again.
No reservations no problem! We were treated like royalty as soon as we walked in. Our server was personable and professional allowing our group to explore the menu but also providing insight to the specialties. The drinks were prepared with precision and delivered in a few short minutes. When the meals arrived they were perfect temp and our taste buds were tantalized by the kitchen staff. I would recommend the flourless chocolate decadence with huckleberry ice cream for dessert and a cup of Joe, splendid! We will be returning soon!
This place is great! Great view, great food, great wait staff, and great cooks! Had a wonderful time with the group I was with. There were 17 of us and everybody had an enjoyable experience! Highly recommend stopping by if in the area!
