Review Bravo's Mexican Grill - Purcell

The food and service is always great at Bravo's. :-) Today the fajitas weren't very hot but still quite delicious. I wish they came with guacamole but we were happy with sour cream. The sopapillas are always tasty too.

Very good food! We got takeout as we are traveling, and the to go order was perfect. The to go boxes were very nice and our food was warm and tasted amazing! When I went in to pick up my order everyone was so kind and genuine!!!! :)

I am basing this review off the chile relleno dinner which was the worst I have ever had in my life. Overly thick, heavy batter, dried up beef chunks and both without flavor. Absolutely awful. Salsa was obviously fresh but was little more than tomato water. Asked for hot salsa but didn’t ever receive it. Cheese sauce was not good either. Beans were okay and the rice was the best thing on the plate. Oh, the chips were light and airy. Will never go here again. Had to go to Long Johns Silver to get dinner.

Got my order totally wrong first time. Said he would replace it. Called in spoke to Sergio he wouldnt fill order until he showed me how they place an order and that they couldn’t make a mistake it was my fault. Then he gives me my new replacement order and it had beans which I don’t eat and two shredded beef enchiladas instead of one beef and and one cheese got two beef again. This is the guy that never makes a mistake and is condescending. What a joke. It’s not too far to drive to Norman anymore to get good Mexican food get a life dude only man who was perfect was Christ and you are not even close.

First i want to give a shout out to Victor our server, always attentive to the customers dining there. The food is very well priced and always delicous with quickly cleaned tables and the bathrooms are also clean. My wife and i always enjoy our dining experience when eating here.

Food is always good. It’s a loud place especially if they seat you in the east room. If there are any screaming kids in that room I highly recommend ask to be seated elsewhere.

Nice service. Good food. The margarita was good but minimal tequila taste. There were several staff members standing around socializing - would have been better if they were interacting with customers

I will never eat here again the past 4 times I came here the food was trash I tried to tell the manager but the waitress got mad and stormed off I am currently dedicated to having this place shut down

Great little mexican food place in small town Oklahoma. Cheese & onion enchiladas are good. Great, light spanish rice - not heavy or sticky. Cheese sauce is not so good but is edible. Salsa is fresh and tasteful. Tacos are just okay. The beef fajitas are tender and cooked with onions, bell pepper, and what tasted like chili peppers. Great place to stop and grab some grub!

Not bad Tex Mex. We were looking for a hole in the wall Tex Mex restaurant in Purcell and Bravo's fit the bill. Nothing out of this world & priced a little on the high side but not bad food. Would visit again.

The Secret Revealed. Start with bland processed cheese for queso, add a can of Old El Paso refried beans, throw in some crunchy day old rice, add a soggy enchilada, be sure to leave enough grease on the plate to open an oil refinery and you have Bravo’s lunch menu.

Good, but check your check. I tried Bravo's for the first time today and ordered the Costa Special which was a fish filet and grilled shrimp, served with grilled tomatoes and onions, beans and rice with slices of avocado. I've never had this dish before and it was delicious. I ordered a Dos Equis which came in a big, frosted mug with crushed lime all around the rim--nice touch. The chips were fresh and the salsa was excellent. My only negative was that after I left I checked my receipt and saw they had charged me for 2 beers instead of one. My fault for not checking before, but don't make the same mistake i did!

We started with a rude young lady that acted like it was painful for us to be there, she dropped our plates on the table like they weighed a ton and required to much effort to carry, they brought out cheese, chips and salsa, the chips were stale, the cheese looked and tasted watered down an runny, the workers all sat at a table and made no effort, my wife ordered a margarita it was watered down worse than the cheese, asked for ice water the glass came out hotter than the cheese, we left take your money to another place to eat.

Fajitas were tasty, rice was very good as we're beans. One problem, which rings true with many patrons. It's the queso. Tastes like bland nursing home cream of chicken soup. Where's the cheese compadre? Fix it and be done with it already. Other than that , cordial staff... The owner and his wife are great folk. If he gets a chance he'll get you to smile.

Really good food!. My husband and I came across this jewel when going thru Purcell and have fallen in love! We have been there several times and so far there is nothing on the menu that we don't like! I think my favorite is the chile relleno...crispy crust, a chile you can actually taste, and filled with delicious fajita grilled meat. The enchilada's have a filling you can see and taste, the chile sauce is exceptional. And, they make a mean margarita! The wait staff is excellent and we've always received our food hot and fast!

The best! The special salsa is freaking amazing and definitely try the Don Chuy!! Excellent flavor and great service!!!

I love bravos. They're food is great. The staff are very friendly and they are always quick about getting your food and drinks.

Good. Wish the cheese sauce had more flavor. Try the el bigoton-it's a whole catfish. It's gross looking but spool good! Also the chilled tecate. They now serve cocktails and are the only place in town that does so far.
