Review Braum's - Purcell

Love their #4 4 cheese cheeseburgers!! We didn't get any ice cream today but really appreciated and enjoyed our instore meals!! They're always friendly, the restrooms are always clean and well stocked. It's an enjoyable visit every time we go. Thanks y'all!

Stopped in for lunch and got a great burger with fries and a shake for $8. What more can you say? Oh yeah, the staff was very friendly and welcoming too.

We had to wait several minutes to even be acknowledged. We placed our order finally. Waited only to have then try and give us a messed up order. We ordered two mixes a chocolate Oreo and the other vanilla butter pecan with heath what we got were to vanilla Oreo. When I tried to explain to the girl her first response was " oh well that's probably because we can't mix the hard ice cream with the mix machine" I said that a flavor listed but what does that have to do with giving us completely wrong ones. She says we can't make a butter pecan. I simply point and say it's listed on the menu with the other mix flavors. So then the boy who originally took our order comes over and I repeat what we ordered he was like oh. Turns around and make the chocolate Oreo hand it to me then starts making the butter pecan one and the girl was like oh really because he mixed it together. Anyways the order ended up being fixed. Oh one last thing employees shouldn't blurt out for the customers to hear then telling their coworkers they are going home. Y'all have fun with out me. I'm done I quit.

Place was dirty. Tables not wiped, trash removed but clearly tables were not wiped off. Floor had trash every where. Service VERY SLOW!!! waited almost 20 min for our order. Burgers slightly burnt. Staff not very friendly and didn't seem concerned with getting orders out quickly. Disappointing. Will not be back to this location.

I really like Braum’s but worst experience I’ve had. Stopped Friday around 7pm. Plenty of workers and really no line. Took almost 15 minutes to get a coffee and this yogurt thing. Yogurt thing was horrible. Bananas were not ripe. Threw it out. Coffee was taken (probably made in the morning) and he used a steamer to heat up the coffee. At least it was okay but definitely not fresh. I added milk once home to make it taste okay. Never going back to this one even though it’s conveniently located.

It was ok. We stopped here for lunch because we had been seeing so many locations on our road trip through Kansas and Oklahoma. Burgers and fries all around, with shakes and ice creams afterwards. All were just ok. Definitely not a must-stop burger place like Five Guys, In-n-out, or Shake Shack. But those JALAPEÑOS - they were crispy, spicy, pickl-y deliciousness. Unfortunately they don’t sell them in their market to take some home with us. The market would be good in a pinch, but with the limited selection and high prices, just pick up a quart or two of their ice cream and head to the grocery store for other items.

Was awesome! We were on a long trip and it was a perfect stop. Even our dog was even a dog treat. We will be stopping again on our way back through that area on our way home!

Had their delicious ice cream. So looking forward to having their stores in North Richland Hills to open. I like that they have a quick store with produce and milk products.
