Review Taco Bell - Purcell

This review is definitely not a very pleasant one. Although due to the harsh times we are living I will try to be as compassionate as possible. I will start by thanking the workers that show up everyday at this location. Again, thank you. Although, even if you have horrible management and even higher up management, this is no way to run a facility. Imagine giving yourself or even your family this. Not okay. It is not the employees fault, but the corporations fault or the separate owners fault for the hiring process. Sadly I will never go here again. We normally eat at home and sometimes eat out, but this will no longer be an option.

They don't even honor their hours at all. The dining room is supposed to be open from 8am-midnight or later. I'm a trucker so we don't keep the same hours as most people do. I got up this morning looking to get some food from this location. Just see the picture. The only thing trucker friendly about this location is the parking lot. Other than that, you're SOL if you're hungry. Update: it is now after 10:30 in the morning and at least 10 people walked up to the door or passed by it and they're still chained up and locked.

Normally I'm a huge fan of Taco Bell. Menu items are good, service is usually pretty good. Do not stop at this location if you are in a hurry or if you want to know what the current Taco Bell menu is. This is the third time got the menu has not been updated or even swapped to me breakfast menu. This location unlike many others I have visited has very spotty service. When you pull up to the drive-thru it is a coin toss if you will be served immediately or within five minutes. Atrocious

Went through the drive through. The staff was friendly and helpful. The speaker was clear and easy to hear the staff repeat my order. My order was correct, the food was fresh, and it tasted great!

Awful! Tried to dine in at 1:00pm dining room is closed. Went through the drive through ordered 3 tacos and a Dr.pepper. Overcharged me by 6 bucks! Got to the window and there was no taco salsa available. No ice in a half filled large cup.

Normally the food is good but today it was nasty and stale. The hard tacos were gross and soggy. The shells tasted old. If I had a way to take the food back ,I would have.

Awesome service!!! Definitely was the best Taco Bell location I've ever been to!! I asked them for extra chicken and cheese on my quesadilla and they hooked it uppp!!
