Review Subway - Purcell

Sad thing is, the two only employees who were there were slow and slightly uncoordinated with what they were doing. One was behind the counter, the other had to work the drive-thru but still had to make the orders from the drive-thru at the counter. However, the good things were that it was a Sunday and it wasn't overly busy for them. Also they were both very polite and attentive to the orders. So I guessed they were new at being on their own without someone hovering over them and were both still somewhat inexperienced and nervous. I think everyone can relate. I simply remained patient for them. The food was good as always.

Waited in drive through at the menu for 10 minutes, no one answered the speaker, then I drove around to the window and 3 different workers passed by the window, none of them stopping. Finally a girl stopped with blond/blue hair and as I was trying to tell her I was worried the drive through bell or speaker doesn’t work she started talking over me and not even allowing me to speak. Horrible service. Will not come back.

They don't pay attention to "less" or "more" from the app. My wife's had so much proper on it, she threw it away. I got a call from management really fast. He made it right so I am upping my review from 2 to 4 stars. I still recommend going inside and making sure your food is made right.

I usually get pretty good food from here but for some reason, when I got it a couple days ago, the bread was literally STALE. It was crunchy and hard and dry as a desert and just absolutely disgusting. I couldn't even eat it. I did NOT get it toasted. It was literally just dry and stale. So gross. Don't give people stale bread next time, please, thanks.

Tried calling location to let them know i was in the drive thru for over 10 mins. No answer but could see workers inside.

Just love this Subway. The female staff are very friendly and nice very professional as well as friendly. Amy is just amazing. Would not go anywhere else. 2 thumbs up. Ty for the great experience every time I come there.
