I watched an employee add toppings to a sandwich (lettuce tomatoes pickles ) without gloves, wipe his hands on his pants, then grab the sandwich to cut it in half, all without gloves on. I was inside and told the people that the sandwiches went to about it

The staff was friendly and helpful. The salad bar was a little disappointing. The usual variety was not available. The pizza was better than good but not how I would describe as delicious. I would prefer to give 3.5 stars rather than 4, but the visit was definitely above just 3 stars.

I see my complaint has already been said. We ate at Mazzios in Purcell so i saw the same thing. People handling food did not wear gloves and wiped their hands on their shirt and then went right back to touching food. Even what appeared to be the manager who was cutting and boxing food did not wear

Honestly this Mazzios isn't as good as the one in Ada or surrounding areas. They may have just had an off day but I wasn't really that impressed with the food. Service was pretty decent
