Best food. I love pen's , the spicy pa-nag curry is to die for. this place is become favorite of mine.

Delicious food & good service. Good restaurant - we've enjoyed dinner here a couple of times and lunch. The food is delicious and the service is attentive. The new sushi selections they've added are yummy. Don't skip the hot tea.

Huge portions.... Food is pretty good---i actually like their thai food more than their chinese food. service is good enough. Don't go anywhere close to closing time though, they will take the food out of your mouth to get you out of there! It's actually kind of funny...but seriously, don't push them!
The food is consistently delicious. We've been eating here for years, and I have never had a bad meal here. If you're in the area and want great American Chinese food. This is the place.
We did take out and were pleased by the customer service, the promptness and above all, the food quality. My only complaint is they gave us each a very small container of rice. It’s about half the size of a normal rice container.

My wife and I just had a great sushi dinner. Perhaps too much rice but the pieces were very large and fresh. The remodel is great with fast/friendly service. Will be going back again. Thanks!
Got carry out on a Friday night. Was ready in 15 minutes. Did not give 5 stars since the Mongolian beef had more onions than beef, and some of the chicken pieces in the General Tso were quite chewy. But the taste was good and the food was hot. The rice containers are quite small.
Been here a few times now and everything has been so fresh and tasty! Not all the dishes are the greasy Chinese food that I would expect (such as their lomein and friend rice), but everything else I would prefer over anywhere in Leesburg!
Pen's has a lot of fantastic options on their menu, I'd recommend trying something that doesn't quite fit your standard order for other places.
I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with the staff. Extremely dedicated,I questioned dishes and got an understanding of how they perfect their entrees. Very fresh and amazing environment..I will be returning..!!
