Sometimes the pizzas are a bit messy but that's just when they put a lot of stuff on. They are usually on point and make great pizzas! The young lady that I think is the manager is very nice even when super busy. A reliable source for Friday night pizza!
I have had a great experience with ordering online. I’ve also noticed the manager is always so helpful and seems so encouraging to her team with the busy Friday nights I typically order on. Keep it up
Apparently this Papa John's has terrible delivery times and thus all the negative reviews; however, I ordered mid-day on a weekday and the order arrived in less than half an hour. Still, that isn't peak time and I'd be wary of the other reviews. There's plenty of other pizza options in Purcellville now.
Delivery time was usually on the earlier side of the expected time. The drivers have been friendly, yet the store customer service could be better, however it might just be the management. I’ve been more of a trouble to the the drivers by accidentally sending them to the wrong address than they have to me.
Super fast service, and everybody that works here is very pleasant. One of the employees came around the counter to hand me my pizza, and held the door open for me as I left. Sometimes it’s the little things. Kudos to the manager, you have hired great staff.

After trying all the pizza in Purcellville, this is the best major chain pizza restaurant here. Ignore all the old reviews, the management is on point now, and pizza is the best.
I don't usually order pizza from them but kids wanted something different. Probably will order from them again
