A lot of fast food restaurants could learn something from this restaurant. I was very hesitant to go in yesterday since there was only 1 parking spot when I got there but didn't want to waste time going elsewhere. Got inside, though there were a lot of people in line, we had someone take our order within a minute of walking in. The place was packed but we were able to find a table, about 30 seconds after we sat down our food was brought to us. The drive thru was moving non-stop as two employees were out there going car to car taking the orders as they pulled up. More and more people kept coming in. At least twice we had an employee come to us to see if we needed refills or anything else (one of which was obviously at minimum a manager). The employee that was cleaning the tables, when they were all full he was wiping the condiment counter, checking trash bags or sweeping. Every single employee was occupied, nobody was standing around and everything flowed. As busy as it was, they were all working smoothly and nobody seemed rushed. I don't leave many reviews however I felt obligated to after such a great experience, especially in a fast food restaurant. It wasn't just the service we received, I was very impressed with the work ethic these employees had, and every one of them was smiling, including the manager. I know it's a fast food restaurant but it sure didn't feel like it.

best quality food and best staff of people of any chik fil a I've ever been to. my fav no doubt.
Despite the lunch rush, the cashiers are always quick and curteous when taking orders. My meal came out quickly, hot, and it was correct- the same service I get every time I come in! This is by far my favorite Chick Fil A. Clean, friendly, quick, and incredibly accommodating. Every staff member deserves a giant Thank you!!
Absolutely the best service I have ever had at a fast food establishment!
I took my twin girls to Chick Fil A Quakertown. I only needed one kids meal to feed them. As we're chatting with the roaming attendant (Margie?) I mention they love the toy (Curious George). While we were in the play place, which was very clean and well maintained, the attendant brought us a 2nd Curious George toy. Great service as you would expect from Chick Fil A.
My husband and I went to breakfast along with our Granddaughter, Katie. Loved breakfast, but no one was in the store. It was very empty. Good food.
I coach a High School cross country and indoor track and field team. I've been stopping at this place for years with a bus load of kids and I've always had exceptional service. Today I stopped with a bus load and watched within 45 minutes then processed 10 bus loads of people through without a single issue service was exceptional. Thanks!
I was there today and the place was packed. Drive thru was wrapped around the building and it was still a very friendly and fast experience!
I stopped in with the three grandkids after some mini golf.
On the way home they thanked me repeatedly for their golf and lunch.
They all said Grammy Donna, that was the best fast food place we've ever been to. Kudos.
Great food and great people. Everyone is so polite, and the bingo is the best in town!
Great Employees and great food. Great business model, only thing I wish is for Sunday openings, but understand why.
This is a great Chick-fil-A. I highly recommend it. My family and I would drive out of our way to visit!
This is a phenomenal location! The staff is personable, attentive and caring. They love what they do and it shows! Another fantastic testament to the Chick-fil-a franchise and a personal favorite spot to grab lunch during a busy work day.
They were super busy the day we visited and I thought it might take a long time to get our food. Not at all! Our food was ready in just a few minutes. Great service, clean and very friendly.
Super nice employees at this location. Very helpful if you're bringing infants/kids along. They go above and beyond typical fast food service expectations. Food is slightly higher prices than other fast food, but consistently fresh and justified by quality.
All the employees that work there are the most courteous people!! They always make you feel welcome

I've been to many Chick-fil-As but the Quakertown store is the kindest store with superb customer service compared to all other stores. Great job for setting the standard. Josh did a great job.
The best place EVER. We're from Virginia and went better to eat and the building is different looking, had 2 lanes for drive thru. A very busy but fast moving and the best service I've ever seen. Don't get me wrong, they are ALL great but I like how they the set up is here. AWESOME! We just LOVE CHICK -FILL-A. IT'S THE BEST FAST FOOD AND BETTER. I HOPE THEY ARE AROUND FOREVER
Almost a weekly ritual for me to visit this joint. Chicken Nuggets and the spicy chicken sandwich are the best. Can’t complain about the potato fries too. They look much fresh than the usual french fries we get in other places!
The nicest chick-fil- a around. Two women who I presume to be managers were sooo sweet and loved my dog moose and rushed out to show him love and give him treats.
The employees are always very kind at this location. Even when overwhelmed, they apologize for the wait. Tonight I was asked to pull to the second cone and had to wait over 10 minutes for my food while I watched others cars go by and by and by. I didn't ask what was going on as I know that they are overwhelmed and that they would have had the food out to me right away if they could. To my surprise, they added two free brownies to my bag due to my wait time. Other "fast food" places don't have this level of customer service if we are being honest and they show that they try to stick to it despite what a madhouse it can be there. Well done still thinking about customers through the chaos and unexpected. Also loving the remodel.
Service was incredible! I didn't have enough cash so I was going to pay the rest with my card. But before I could, the drive thru employee that took my order took a few dollars out of his own wallet and paid the rest for me! So sweet and kind! Thank you!
Loved the renovations that they did. Inside is nicer then before. They still bring your food to your table and still say "my pleasure" with any questions asked. The drive through is now double lanes on both sides for even quicker delivery then before. Plus the food is pretty good!!

New change to dual "Drive-Thru" OR "Pickup" lines just simply proves people do anything but drive while at the wheel.
Clear signage! Even with a dog as a distraction, I managed to get into the correct lane! Pup was very excited for the Milk-Bone!
Food has actually IMPROVED with renovation!!! The inability of people to hang up or whatever is making this new change....chaos.
I even witnessed a customers SCREAMING as an employee tried to direct them to the proper lane.

Love chick Fila. Everything I've ever had here has been perfect. No order issues ever & their chicken noodle soup is my go to when I don't feel good.
Heard many great things about this place, so my wife and I tried their breakfast and was amazed at how good it was. This is now truly our favorite fast food breakfast place. Now we need to try their lunch and dinner.

My families favorite fast food restaurant. Totally worth the expense for quality food better than other fast food restaurants. The staff here are amazingly friendly. After you order you have a seat and they bring your food to you. The food is excellent. You'll sometimes find a staff member walking around asking hows everything and if you need anything he will get it and when you're done he'll clean up and take up your tray. I thought this was extra quality service at a fast food restaurant. Further more as a Christian, I appreciate that they are closed on Sunday's to allow employees to worship on the Holy day.
