I had never even heard of Jersey Mike's until a couple of weeks ago when we saw one was coming to town. We decided yesterday to drop in and take advantage of a BOGO coupon I found online. There was a bit of a line and steady flow of customers, but that's typical of the shiny new toy in town. I was watching the employees while standing in line and, for a place that just opened, they were pretty well organized. I was also impressed that they slice fresh deli meats and cheeses for every sandwich. The staff was friendly and focused and handled the consistent flow of customers very well. They even cracked a couple of jokes with us while we waited.
As far as the food, we went with the old standby, cheese steaks. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that I thought my cheese steak was just as good, if not maybe just a little better than our resident pizza places. The meat was not overly fatty, which I hate, and was very abundant. The cheese saturated every bite and it was amazing! We only got regular sized subs, but we were absolutely full afterwards, and not with bread (which was also delicious and fresh). It was definitely worth the wait and we will definitely go back again and again!
We stopped by this location for dinner tonight. This is the first hoagie/sub we have had since going gluten free/Celiac Disease. The staff was super knowledgeable and concerned about making sure everything was clean, new gloves often during the sub creations and was conscience of cross contamination. The Udi’s Gluten Free rolls were so soft and delicious. Even if you are not gluten free, they are worth the taste. Thank you for our pleasant first experience at your location.
I cannot say how awesome it is to be able to eat subs and cheesesteaks again! It's been four years sinve I've enjoyed one. The associates clean the slicer very well and that particular associate stays with my sub to the end of the order. Very appreciated. No cross-contamination issues. YUM! The best tasting too!
GREAT subs, and the friendliest staff anywhere.. I'm in from out of town, and I will be eat at Jersey Mikes every time I'm here. I would also recommend this place for everyone!!!!
People say the it is expensive - However they are larger than other places and the meat is not like lunch meat. The beef is fantastic as is the turkey. The big Kahuna is wonderful well. I LOVE them and you get what you pay for....I get rewards points and there are coupons online at times. Keep up the good work! I will always pay more for better quality
Food was great, there was a little issue with our order and they made good on it. When I'm in Qtown this will be my sandwich shop!

This restaurant is out of this world! The food is delicious, and i’ve never had an order come out messed up. The employees are amazing, so sweet and very patient. The service is incredible, very fast and professional. The environment is very clean and neat. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment if you enjoy subs as much as me😊
This location in Quakertown has been a wonderful place to go for a quick affordable and delicious sub. I personally enjoy the chicken cheesesteak subs made by Sophia. The staff is professional, friendly and hard working. They do their best for every customer even when super busy and under staffed.
I had a great experience at this location! Tiffany was extremely nice and helpful when I was confused about the menu, the staff team was very respectful and absolutely amazing! I will be returning to this location, thank you for great service!

The management and staff, from what I've seen, are absolutely amazing. Everything is always made right and there's never any attitude. The place is always clean and looks stocked when I go.

Very good. Freshly prepared and staff was very friendly. I also noticed how clean the restaurant is overall. I recommend for a brief spot to relax and enjoy a sandwich and snacks.

I will be honest and let you know that I probably driven past Jersey Mike's more than once twice three times. Didn't know it was there because it's kind of set back off the road in a little mini mall so I only saw it because I was at a red light but I did go got a sandwich. It was okay but in their defense it really wasn't an American hoagie but it wasn't bad. I will go back to try other stuff. But yeah you get five stars for the food. Was good. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was great
