We were close to closing time. Apparently, my children and I weren't the only ones who were craving orange chicken and teriyaki. A rush came to these unexpected employees. They truly stepped up without complaining and served us as if it were any other time in the day.
I would have given 5 stars on each category if they'd been a bit more friendly. It was closing time within 30 minutes. I totally understand. I have 20+ years of restaurant experience.
The food was cooked fresh and hot.
This panda Express locations is one of the best I have been to. Great fast service, delicious fresh warm food made in front of you. manager sir, reward your employees. They do amazing every time I come.

I’ll say that Panda Express is a favorite of my daughter. Although the fare may not be my particular preference- I am writing a review to comment on the management and atmosphere. Sometimes this location can get busy, you may encounter a short wait. In moments such as these you see the staff communicating with one another and with the customer. I have witnessed Isabella (the manager) maintain a positive attitude even in the “weeds” so to speak. When customers enter this location they are given an audible welcome. Customer service remains a priority at this location. Well done to the management and team!
This place has the friendliest staff. Food looks great. It’s never busy but the food is hot and fresh. The walnut shrimp is soooo good. Check out the family pack. Spanking good deal.
With all Panda Express timing is everything if I want hot fresh entrees. That being said this location is excellent at managing the proper amount of food so the lines are moving when busy yet fresh when it’s slow. For the speed and price this is a 5 star experience.
Already a week in and been satisfied, so i was like “they deserve a review “. Food is good as always, haven’t had issues. Service is quick and had orders well done (nothing missing or done wrong). I rarely do reviews but i do intend to give as much info as possible. When i come for pick, immediately a worker comes and asks for my name. So even though I’m the one that comes late, the food is always ready for pick up. They are great people working here. I do feel welcome even if they are busy. They attend you well.

Panda Express is kind of in its own category. It's related to Chinese food, but it's its own thing. My family likes it. At this location service was good. It's a good idea to go during a meal rush to make sure all the food is fresher.
I showed up 3 minutes before closing (yes I was that person) and Isabella was so awesome and happy to help me. Thank you for taking care of me and making sure I got some food! It made my night!
Ok this is one of the BEST Panda's I've been to! All the employees were friendly and helpful, food was prepared quickly and tasted yummy and fresh. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future :)

Update: we have been back to this location a few times and have received MUCH better service. They almost always are on top of having enough food for busy times and the employees are 1000 times more friendly and personable. Seems like they are getting back to their great customer service.
This location has been our go to for the past six plus years and they always had great service and food. Over the past three or four months, the service has gone downhill, they never have enough food cooked, serve smaller servings, forget to put things ordered in the bag, and the food has been dry on a few occasions. The prior employees are no longer there and it feels like all new management that doesn’t have the foggiest idea what they are doing.
I stopped by tonight at dinner time about 5:30pm. There was one person in front of me waiting for food to be cooked. They literally had five different dishes that were empty of food so people are standing around waiting for FAST food while the line gets longer. Three of the people waiting for food said they really have had it with this location because they are never prepared with enough food for the customers and you always have to wait for something. Since that has been our experience the last 6 plus times we have visited, I couldn’t agree more! The employees are not overly friendly and a bit grumpy with customers. Quite frankly, I think it’s due to being so poorly managed. Like seriously! Get someone off their butt and cook some darned food already. Prepare for dinner time! And if you’re running behind, tell the customers THANK YOU for waiting. Really bad service.
Went inside around 2pm to order and get food.
Wish they didn't use sooo much broccoli in their mixed veggies. I prefer veggies over fried rice and Chow mein. Just can't eat so much broccoli.
Food I got was good. There was a good selection of items available. Server was pleasant and fast. I'll go back.
