As expected, good tasting food and exceptional service. Felt like the clerk really listened to me and the order came out perfect. I always recommend KFC for a good meal.

Everyone has a bad day even businesses. Even The people who work there... was waiting for my food I had some of my order.... notice my fries was not tasting right. I politely let someone behind thecounter know. I've been in this situation before wasn't expecting much. What happen was truly amazing. They acknowledged my concern and someone from management must have tried the fries because they quickly pulled the new fries from the fryer and started the process dumping the oil.
Long story short I got a fresh fries (which I had to wait for). I was shown gratitude by the staff for pointing out a potential disaster for the night. I was impress at how quickly the staff responded. The fries weren't terrible just didn't seem right and never once was I treated like a disgruntled customer searching for handout....
Yes I gave the food a 3 stars because it wasn't right the first Time. Second time was a Charm and KFC fries were back to the five star flavor. I love KFC French fries.

Everything was good until we checked our pick up order and noticed that part of it wasn't there( chicken tender meal) We were missing sides for that meal and mngr seemed annoyed when we asked for them then we asked for sauces that were supposed to come with it we were told we would have to pay extra for them. When we told him that they were supposed to come with the meal he was fine. All turned out well in the end, they were cranking so overall I think they did well. Ps They forgot the gravy.
I ordered Uber eats last month, and with the kids, we always get the biggest family meal and add on me sides. $83+ I spent, and the Uber driver showed up with 2 bowls of something and a drink. Mined you, they put a giant receipt stabled to the bag with your name really big on it so you can find it in the pick rack there on the counter. It was the wrong name that won't order, and she blamed it on KFC, which I knew was I lie because she said that is what they handed me. I went back to kfc, and immediately they fixed my order and apologized for Uber. Meanwhile, my order was sitting in the rack waiting to be picked up with MY name on the bag, they have me a fresh new order, so it was hot. Good staff over there.
Everybody knows you can’t go wrong with KFC if you’re looking for great quality chicken. They always have new items that I’m so excited to try every time I go. Our food was delicious and hot and really hit the spot.
This is a newer KFC I went there to pick up a bucket of chicken for a get together, the place was very clean, including the bathroom. Employees were friendly and they have more meal options than I knew about including a $5 box, sandwiches, and the original chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, french fries and more. UPDATE: went and got the $20 family meal for myself and 2 son's. Plenty of food for us with some left over, food was great.
The woman who works in the morning a lot is always very kind and quick at getting my food out, didn't catch her name unfortunately.
They would have received five stars but the restaurant was empty when we got there but we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front counter and every table was dirty. We had to ask someone to clean a table for us. The chicken was crispy,, juicy, tender, and delicious! We got the KFC side classics, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw, they never disappoint! The dinner roll was fresh, soft and tasty.
This KFC was always bad!! But gave them another chance a couple of months later and this place changed quite a bit service was better staff was nicer and food was alot better. What ever happened in a month keep it up this store is doing it better for us. Good job KFC
