The team is awesome! They're very friendly and understanding even when I've had issues with my app. If you visit them you won't regret it! And the food is great as well!
My donut seemed a little old, which is weird for 7 a.m., but my son loves it. So, we go.
This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts in the area. Service is always exceptional. Quality coffee and food is served quickly at this location. A really nice gentleman works here and always has a positive and uplifting attitude. I'm not sure if he is management or an employee but I appreciate his level of customer service.
This is the absolute best place to go for a pick me up in the morning! I love the sausage egg and cheese croissant with a warm vanilla bean latte along with their hash browns which are uniquely delicious! And don't forgot the yummy donuts of course! The customer service is outstanding and I love that the manager taking orders in the drive through is so happy and friendly! Always gets my day off to a great start! =]
We arrived in the drive thru and were in a hurry. There were 5 cars ahead of us so we were nervous we would be late. It honestly took 3 minutes for us to make is through the line, pay and receive a dozen donuts. Plus the staff was friendly and obviously very efficient. You don't see great, friendly, customer service like this very often these days. Thank you for helping us get to our game on time!
This dunkin donuts is hands down the best. I've been to many other coffee shops and different dunkin donuts but this one is my favorite. There is one a minute from my house but I still go to this one almost every day because of the amazing staff. You can tell they love their job. The guy in the drive through is the reason I come back almost every day I work. Starts my day with a smile with his positive attitude!
Went to Dunkin’ Donuts drive thru this morning and was greeted by a very energetic employee. This was by far my best interaction with a drive thru employee I have ever had. His name is woody, not sure if he is an owner or what but he was awesome. Made the start to my day great, just lifted me up. I told my fiancé of this experience and she said ya she loves woody and how he always says “de nada” when you complete your order. This guy needs his own franchise!
About what you'd expect from Dunkin Donuts but what makes this the best Dunkin Donuts in Phoenix is the people who work there especially the gentleman who takes drive up orders. Cheerful, friendly, positive and always making an extra effort to put a smile on your face. I'd nominate the staff for best customer service in Arizona hands down.
