I purchased a large Matcha latte and it's not even filled. And last time I buy one matcha latte and there's 80% are ice （the forth picture）so this time I tell the guy make my drink less ice and there‘s still that much ice！
I went to Dunkin Donuts and to get myself a donut and coffee and the service was very well they were very polite and very well-mannered I think they were very nice and they deserve to be appreciated for their job that they are doing for us
One of the worst Dunkin locations I’ve been to. I’ve ordered Vanila spice..the cup is half filled and cold which is never expected. I have rated it 1 star since there is no option for 0 ratings. Never ever visit this location. Drink Hot water at home rather than visiting this location.
This place never fails to impress. They have fresh food for affordable pricing, there is no waiting time even when they are packed.
Decent customer service when certain people are on but for the most part they are slow and don't pay attention. Same thing for my coffee though, only those few people can make a decent coffee and I won't let anyone else make it for me.
This dunks used to be great but now they get our order wrong every time. Today my drink was only half filled and they gave me a plain bagel instead of a breakfast sandwich.
