This is my favorite place to go for Mexican food and Mexican food is this full blooded Italians favorite food! They have always treated us like family and the food and Margaritas are the best around! I love their new Restaurant better than the old one because it has so much more room! And the ambiance is wonderful! Love you guys!
Best Mexican food around period. I’ve eaten at all the other local restaurants and they are good, but they are competing for second place. Javier’s locked down first place the day they opened.
Love Javier's so much!! My husband and I go there all the time and always have the best experience! The food and staff are absolutely fabulous! We made reservations at Javier's for my sons birthday, and when we arrived they had put a birthday tablecloth on the table and had some birthday balloons too! I can't recommend Javier's enough!
I travel from Milwaukee to Racine for Javier's. The best table side quac, every dish we've had has been excellent, & I love that at times, you will find a twist on a traditional Mexican dish! The staff is always quite friendly, and it's nice to see the owner's employ family, & they always show pride in the establishment. Javier's wife always remembers me, and has even had Javier come out to meet us. Just had my birthday dinner there, with 18 guests, and everyone loved it!!

Javier's is the best! Delicious food, everything is SO good that it's difficult to choose just one dish! The owners and staff are awesome and really go out of their way to make sure you feel like family:)
Javier's is a wonderful place for many reasons. The food is amazing and the people who own the business and work there are fantastic. I would recomend this place to ANYONE! The staff and owners make you feel like you are family and really if you go there enough, you kind of turn into that. Joe, baby Jaxson and I LOVE Javier's!
We ate dinner here for the first time tonight. Great drinks - best margarita I have ever had. Food was outstanding. Left overs for tomorrow!

We have followed Javier from his gig on Washington Ave to Durand Ave and then finally to Lathrop Ave. Always bigger and better. My fave meal? The baked fish on rice with cilantro, garlic and butter sauce. OMG!!! Heaven. Ron loves the Seafood Burrito....and a good Merlo. Love to see the regulars!!
Very good, authentic food. My husband and i have been there many times. Right when they open at 4p.m. and later in the evening. It doesn't matter if they are busy or not the food is delicious. Everything we have tried is awesome! My favorite is the chicken enchiladas. The chips and salsa is always fresh, and the service is spectacular! Family atmosphere, and guacamole made right at your table. We will definitely be back!
When my wife and I first moved to Racine six years ago, we had a difficult time finding a great local place for dinner -- until a friend told us about Javier's Cuisine. It's become our "go to" place for a delicious dinner ever since. The fajita dishes continues to be my favorite, but the hand-made guacamole and seasonal specials are also favorites.

Good food! Great salsa! Great service, little on the pricy side
The table salsa is outstanding - a roasted salsa vs. the usual tomatillo sauce at most restaurants. But the chips could benefit from being served warm. Delicious queso appetizers, yummy house lime margaritas, and the chicken enchiladas were ok, but not great. Refried beans were good. All in all, I would recommend, and would lean towards the chef specials that day.
This is an amazing restaurant with delicious food! Javier is a master chef and is awesome in the kitchen! We visit the restaurant frequently and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. Margarita Monday's are a great night with the price of only 2.99. This has to be one of my favorite restaurant is Racine. Love it
Excellent food. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go. Very friendly service, and delicious vegetarian options, too! (The tortilla soup is made with chicken broth, though, FYI.)
Love the tacos. Possibly the best authentic Mexican food in Racine. I love the tacos al pastor. Service is fast and friendly. They serve fresh chips and salsa until you beg them to stop. I can't wait for my next visit.
Food was good as always. I was a little chilly today and decided to order the Clam Chowder which was a special. When I think of special I'm thinking ok it must be on sale today. Why did I get my bill and it stated the soup was $8.50 😡😡😡 Not happy at all.

First time here celebrating a birthday. Our table was ready, waitress was awesome and food was great. They were very busy which really helped them out considering the pandemic and how it hurt restaurants.
The food is absolutely amazing. Javier's home made special soups are a work of art. We were celebrating a family birthday and everything could not have been better. Our server Luke was the best. Love, love, love this place!!!!! Another fabulous dinner.
Our new go-to Mexican restaurant! The food was good (I had a steak special and my fiance had chicken enchiladas). The special was good and the enchiladas were the best we've ever had. What impressed me the most was our server, Jelena. I am a restaurant manager and wish I had 12 of her working for me. By far, the best service I've ever had anywhere! We will definitely be back!
