Review Infusino's Restaurant - Racine

We arrived early but they took our order for a large pizza as an appetizer . It was fantastic . A party of 8 is a big group but our server handled it with ease . Everything was delicious plus plenty of leftovers . Looking forward to our next time .

My party and I, arrived at 8:28pm, we were told, that the restaurant closes at 9, after a couple of minutes of back and forth, we were seated 😭!! The waiter took our order, came back with ice cold bread, and frozen butter, we requested that the bread be warmed, and it was taken to the back, microwaved, and returned to us, where it got hard and dry, very quickly!!! Then waiter brought drinks out in 3 shifts. I asked if garlic bread was available, then waited too long, for what appeared to be really hard toasted bread, sprinkled with minimal garlic salt. 😭😭... We REALLY, should have left at this point, but were hungry, and UNFORTUNATELY stayed!!! 😱 The meals came out, and the disappointment 🥺 continued, we ordered 2 tours of Italy, and obviously they not only took the very bumpy back streets, but also forgot to pick up any plates or flavor on the way!!! Our meals were served in bowls, and looked more like slop, more befitting, for a dog you don't like anymore, and are hoping dies very soon!!! NOTHING in the bowl was distinguishable, except for the really bad taste, their red sauce, taste like what you'd buy in your local grocers, generic, no name brand aisle!!! The Alfredo, was thickened with too much flour, that was NOT cooked all the way through, the flavor of raw, uncooked flour, was too much. And the food was not microwaved long enough, it was served cold, but on very hot plates!!! The waiter, was really nice, just not given the proper tools to work with. If you can't or don't want to take a party of 6, 30 minutes before closing, then don't, but if you do, then treat them well, and serve them good food! Some restaurants, just don't know when to give UP. I think it's time to give up the fight, and shut this joint down FOREVER!!!

Attended a rehearsal dinner here at their banquet ball and food was delicious! Chef came out to make sure everyone enjoyed the meal. There were more than 100 people at the dinner and every dish was cooked to perfection! Chicken was well seasoned and moist, and prime rib was on point. Highly recommend!

We've been going to Infusino's for about 15 years and have never had a bad experience! Fantastic food, great prices, and the service is second to none!

We experienced a very long wait to be seated after having a reservation but we remained patient as it was very busy and due to current circumstances in the world we understand places are short staffed. After we were seated we waited a long period and nobody came to our table to take our order, we had to find a waitress. From there the experience continued to go downhill. Our waitress was clearly under the influence of drugs or alcohol, salads were missing and drinks were never refilled. At this point the restaurant was pretty empty and we continued to receive poor service. The final straw was when all the food was served except for one entree that our waitress never even realized was missing. She had even brought leftover boxes to the table but one person never received their food until we asked for the second time. The last entree was brought out incorrectly. I totally understand places are busy and short staffed and we did proceed with extreme patience and kindness but the overall experience was very poor and when brought to the owners attention, he didn’t seem phased.

Very nice full range menu that allows anyone to find something to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even offered to run across the street to get a different beer if I did not like their selection. Accommodated our reservation for a large group on a busy Sunday evening. Fast service and large portions, always a great experience.

Food never showed up after 2 hours. There were multiple calls made and received which they still couldn't get our address right. I drove into town to make sure the owner gave me a refund and expressed my opinion. He did offer me to make our dinner again but I informed him we ordered from Derangos already. I have to say they're food is good but delivery service needs work.

Food was excellent. Service was marginal. We waited 30 min for our food Had to ask to have our water refilled. One of our party ask for a to-go box. Several we tossed on our bread basket and one fell into my meal. One lady went to the restroom. There was no toilet paper or towels. We were disappointed overall.

Could not understand the basic concept of what linguine and clams is. It is not served with a bechamel sauce. It is served with a garlic and white white sauce. Any idiot can look on the internet and find a recipe for it to make it correctly. They couldn't make a recipe that is many times my age. How is this even possible? If you are going to proclaim yourself as an Italian restaurant at least know something about Italian food first.

We used to come here as a special treat. Now that I'm older I look forward to this place. The food is great, but the service is absolutely horrible. I have had such bad service that I will never return. <br/>I washed a cook use the restroom. Then use a plunger to try and unclog a toilet. Then walk right out. Never washed his hands! Gross!!!!

You know how it is when you look forward to treating yourself every once in a while to that very special meal ... like an infusinos pizza - mmmmm? As a life-long Racine resident I'm sad to report that after giving Infusinos a 2nd 3rd 4th .... chance to redeem themselves over the last several years, the inescapable truth is that when you spend your hard earned cash on one of their pizzas, what you're really getting is some cheese bread and tomato sauce sprinkled with a few slices of pepperoni (enter your favorite sparse toppings here) for $15. Even the cheese is spread so thin as to leave the bread uncovered over about a third of the pie. I never thought I'd see the day when I'd suggest that going to Pizza Hut gives you better value and a more satisfying dining experience. Sadly Infusinos has brought cheapness to a whole new level.

Food is great but service is terrible. Takes too long for food to come out. The place looks like it needs an update too. Would love to go back for the food but the service lacks.

I eat at Infusinos on Rapids Drive about once every couple months (and that is only because my husband LOVES the deep dish pizza. However, every time the service leaves a lot to be desired. It's a minimum of one hour for the pizza to arrive at the table and dishes never come out together. One person is done eating before the other even gets started. The restaurant is understaffed both in the kitchen and the dining area! If it wasn't for my hubby, I'd never go back!!!

Food is still good, but the restaurant needs some work. Bathrooms are gross, menus have holes in them, and it's beginning to feel a little dirty. Love the place, I just hope they can fix it up a bit. Would be sad to see it go down hill.

Service was horrible. Iced tea was sludge. Had to mix with 2/3 water. They brought one piece of bread for two people. When we asked for more they brought one more piece. Had to find someone for a check. Boo.
