Great bagels! I wanted bagels for Father's Day. We went and picked some up at the Racine location. Ready in and out. Great selection of bagels. They packed them tight in a plastic bag. They were fresh the next morning... And delicious!!! Mmmm!!!

Overall this Panera is fine, but they evidently have 1lb of cheese that they have to make last on every Asiago bagel for the week. We go here every weekend and in 4 years have never had a bagel that had more than a sprinkle of cheese on it. This isn't a problem at all locations, as the picture "Today" shows when we went to another location. They're in a nice area, I don't understand why they skimp on the ingredients

I had a fantastic experience here last Friday! It was super busy, but the staff handled it well - they were kind, informative, funny, and helpful. The food was delicious and as I was leaving I was trying to balance carrying a couple things and a woman who worked there grabbed my salad bowl and plate and said, "I'll get this for you". I sincerely appreciated it and left with such a good feeling. Thank you to everyone working here that day, in such weird times, I had a great experience and appreciate you all!

I visited your store on Washington Ave in Mt Pleasant, WI a week ago and was pleasantly greeted by "Daisy!" She went out of her way searching the store for your delicious Oatmeal Berries Cookies! "Daisy" was so nice, kind, and patient with me.
When all I was buying were Cookies!! Thank you Daisy for your kindness!

This is definitely not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. The last few times we’ve ordered from here there has either been missing items from the order or bad food. Today will be the last time we ever visit this specific location due to the hair my fiancé found in his salad along with the stale croutons. The chicken in my salad was grey and there was barely any steak on my sandwich. We paid almost $30 for a meal that shouldn’t have cost more than $10.

Called to give management feedback but they never picked up so I'll share it here.
It's funny that yellow lettuce isn't on the Panera menu but they serve it to patrons. The same goes on pedals and strings of partially sliced tomatoes.
I've been going to various Panera locations for years and this location by fas had the worst food prep.
The managemrnt also leaves paperwork, blocks of woods, pens, scissors, and boxes in areas that are aupoosed to be sanitary and where food is served.

I order this salad sometimes once a week at least once a month, today I switched it up and added the kale, red leaf mix, I transfer the salad into my own container for work, and this is what I found after said transfer, very disappointed

The food is never bad here , it is the value for your money . Two pick twos , so 2 half sandwiches a bowl of soup and a half salad was$31 .
We went to Texas Road house the next night and ordered two complete meals for $21 with endless bread, salad, another side and 6 oz steak . Much better value

So against my better judgement of a previous Rapid Pickup order, I made the mistake of trying it again. The first time was about 2 years ago and the order was incorrect. I figured they had to have worked all the kinks out by now, but was proven wrong. My order was relatively simple. 1 Bagel Pack consisting of an assortment of bagels, a plain cream cheese and a blueberry cream cheese. I walk in the store, go to the pickup shelf,. grab my order and head out the door. I was in a rush, so didn't check my order like I should have, so much to my surprise when I got to the office, there was NO CREAM CHEESE. 13 bagels, and no cream cheese. Just fantastic. So I drive BACK to the store, bring in my bag of bagels just as I had picked it up, and informed the girl, no cream cheese. She looks at the bag a bit skeptical at first, and then proceeds to say sorry and put the cream cheeses in the bag. No, 'so sorry for your inconvenience' or 'can I grab you something extra to make up for your time', just handed me back my bag of bagels. Oh, and the cream cheese? I never would have bothered to order bagels from Panera in the first place if I had known I was simply going to get a container of Philadelphia cream cheese??? It is much cheaper to go to the grocery store and buy that same exact cream cheese for $1.50-$2.00/tub, depending on the sale, and pick up some bagged bagels. Needless to say, I will never make THAT mistake again...

I've had some bad experiences with this Panera lately. Missed/forgotten orders in the pick-up window, bad deliveries, etc. I was ready to give Panera at this location one star the second I got my food since it was running very late, but Kevin, my delivery driver, made my day. He apologized for being late, he brought extra goodies and he was very very polite. Great service from Kevin and it helped me want to continue to want to give my business to this location.

I love Panera, but this location has not been on it’s A game. I always stop in to get an Asiago cheese bagel, toasted, with plain cream cheese on mornings I wake up early to study. Last time I went, the bagel was burnt. This time my bagel looks like it wasn’t even toasted. The cream cheese I paid for also wasn’t in my bag and upon asking, the girl goes “we only have blueberry.” So I ask, “really? No plain at all?” “Oh, we have 1..” and decides to give it to me, as if I were not a customer that just paid for it? And says “all Panera’s are out of cream cheese.” Hmmmm, Panera how do you run out of cream cheese and not have someone pick some up from the grocery store right next door and write it off? You are a bread store that sells a ridiculous amount of bagels in the morning, come on now.. �

I will never do a delivery order from here again. We placed a large order for delivery online. I then called to speak with the manager to make sure we would get our order by 11 as we are working and only get a small time frame between patients to eat. It's not 1145 and no food. Some of us will not be eating lunch today. We will never be ordering from here again.

I always love Panera. I had been a loyal customer for 19 years. California and Wisconsin. Service is awesome and so are the variety food. I only wish they have the breakfast open till 11a.m.

I visited Panera today after a few months and found that the French Baguette has changed. It now is soft and oily. I want the old, traditional baguette back!

Friday 9/18/2015 I had lunch at Paneras and it was not pleasant at all. Flies were crawling on orders waiting to be picked up and when. I mentioned it to one of the young men preparing the orders he said " yeah we having a fly problem" picked bread up off of the contamated plate and put more on. When I made my order a bug was on the ice in my lemonade my soup was lukewarm and my 1/2 sandwich was a horrible mess the chips the wrong kind. I had an $11.00 lunch and the only thing worth having was the lemonade. Will not be back any time in the near future.

I love Panera. When they started delivering I was super excited! I ordered tonight and unfortunately they made a mistake on my order. BUT the manager on duty made it right immediately and sent out the correct item! Thanks Panera for the awesome customer service!
