Spaghetti and meatballs, was stiff as a floorboard and the tables were uncapped! I was told by The Manager, that's the way they are. No noodles are rock solid and stiff together, in any spaghetti but that's probably due to improper cooking and not knowing what they're doing.
I personally had to clean the outside tables, because the girl at the counter was throwing nothing but attitude, after asking!

What has happened to Noodles and Company? Restaurant was absolutely disgustingly dirty, food was unedible, I actually took a few bites and threw it away. Soda machine all sticky and had very bad smell as well as only offered diet drinks. Floors had food and crumbs everywhere, bathroom was a disaster, and the entire back seating area had boxes on the tables. I watched as the 5 employees spent more time talking with each other than doing anything else. Manager on duty definitely did not care about customer service with his hat on back word and no time to talk with customers. I watched as he was at register and a couple were trying to order but he got a phone call on his cellphone and took care of that first. What a joke, never eating here again.

This place is really busy during lunch, which makes you want to order ahead. We sat down for lunch today, and I asked for extra noodles in my entree. I thought it would be a few dollars extra but not the cost of an entire new entree. You might as well order another entree if you want to order extra of something. Entree was still incomplete, but the line was too long to say anything. The food is really good even though I have the same entree every time I go to Noddles.

Last night my girl and I ordered from this location. Our food was ghastly, the bread was stale, and there were waste vegie parts in the food. stems and such. When I called this restaurant I was met with an equally disdainful manager who put me on hold then after 6 minutes, hung up on me. Spend your precious money elsewhere. This place is a joke being managed by jokers. I wish you could leave zero stars.

Literally every single time I order, they forget at LEAST one item I ordered. Just make sure to check your food before leaving. I like the food, but it gets pretty annoying having missing items every single visit. Please just READ! It tells you everything you need to put in the bag! I also always go when it’s not busy at all. Like I’m the only person there.

On 05/15/2021 placed an order for my daughters 1 regular bowl Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with grill chicken breast and 1 small bowl Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with mushrooms. Arrived at location to pick up my order, my order was said to be completed, did not find my order, cashier approached me to ask what I was waiting for, showed her my phone with confirmation of my order. Cashier talked to manager and they said they would remake my order, I had to go to work and I was already delayed due to this, was offered a cookie or rice crispy treat for my wait , and I declined due to my children do not like either. Received my order and left, when I returned home my children were disappointed with there food, my daughter's Wisconsin Mac and Cheese barely had any cheese or mushrooms in it . On the following Monday I issued a complaint on noodlesandcompany.com , I received an email on 05/17/2021 from Kevin Fuller the assistant general manager apologizing for the inconvenience and that he would send me coupons ; never received the coupons. On 06/28/2021 I emailed Kevin again asking if he had sent the coupons, no reply. It is 07/15/2021 and I have still yet to receive the coupons that Kevin promised. I have had this happen once in the past from this very same location. I am sorry to say that I will not be ordering or dining at this Noodles and Company anytime in the future, I am also letting my family and friends know that, this Noodles and Company has horrible customer service if this is their policy to promise to send coupons to correct their error and not send them.

You can only order online, which is fine unless you need to pay in cash considering all online/over the phone orders require a prepayment from a card. Definitly a quick way to lose orders... 😔

It literally says you guys are open till 10 so I go in with my two small kids and the young lady tells me you are only taking online orders "at the moment... It's 8:30.

The place is really dirty, has a bad smell to it, fruit flies by the soda machine, and no chicken noodle soup. The Racine location has really gone downhill over the last year or so.

It was so filthy. There was no ice and the kids got mac and cheese and it was like noodles with a few shreds of cheese on top. I have been to Noodles other places and it was much more enjoyable.

I ordered the Tuscan buff bowl and so disappointed. Tons of onions, hardly any spinach, didn't nearly fill the bowl. Had I eaten it there, it would have gone back, but I had it to go.

This place is mess. The tables are full of dirty dishes and are sticky. Take notice of Panera Bread. Put out the collection stations lower the prices and we will clean our own mess. By the way, you got rid of Chicken Noodle Soup. Bad choice. What next noodles all together?

Normally I love this place. Yesterday we went for lunch. My friend orders a regular Mac and cheese with parmesan chicken and a drink. I order and say same thing only a small. We get our meals and mine did not have chicken. Very disappointed. It would have been caught if she had read back the order but she just didn't seem to be too thrilled about being there.

Went there today and ordered Mac and cheese and got a chocolate chip cookie. There was something in my Mac and cheese AND the cookie was RAW!
Called them and they said they don't make them in the building, that they get it in a box and wrap them..
Asked me if I wanted a free dessert for next time but I no longer will get any desserts from there again!

Great service and great food. Enjoy the variety of selections offered. Of you haven't tried it yet still in and enjoy a bowl of your choosing. Pasta Fresca with whole grain noodles, extra spinach and tomatoes is my favorite.

Whoever made my mac and cheese was SUPER skimpy on the cheese!! And I even paid EXTRA for extra shredded cheese and there was so little on it I couldn't believe it, what a joke! Won't ever go to this location again.

Horrible experience. ...third time in a row they messed up my order. Live 15 minutes away so no chance I was going back to get the right one. But ordered a veg dish and three times I got steak in it. While ordering I made sure no meat!!!! Called to complain but neither the manager nor the girl who took the order showed any remorse. Said it happens and they will keep in mind in future....will never go there anymore again!!!

I was so disappointed. With a title like noodles one would think the noodles would be perfectly cooked. They were way under cooked. One daughter go buttered noodles. Where is the butter. There was not even a taste of butter. The meatballs added were nothing great kinda tough and the Chinese chicken chop salad missing half the veggies. My friend said her pasta was also,undercooked in the Alfredo MontAmore. The Bangkok Curry was missing ingredients and the pork I upordered on the curry was missing altogether. We took this home to eat, how sad this is. I was totally unhappy. How can they be this bad, no wonder the food got packaged so quicky.
