I ordered from Door Dash on a Thursday night and my food was delivered in 25 minutes! Their sweet and sour chicken is delicious and I should have ordered the large (next time)! The vegetable egg foo young was really good as well and there is 3 very large patties in it! I will order from here again!

Pricey as hell with small portions. I feel I got robbed for my $33.00 plus no napkins or cutlery like we requested. Food was excellent just wish it was not so skimpy. Ordered the bourbon chicken 2 spring rolls pork fried rice beef an broccoli. I got free delivery and an extra $5.00 off using grub hub otherwise I would have been out even more money!
For $33.00 the bag should have weighed my arm to down to the floor. Total rip off and you also skimped on the fortune cookies

Good food but forgot my gravy for my egg foo young. I’m not driving back to get it to come back home and eat cold or microwaved egg foo young.

Sadly, this restaurant has plummeted from a 5 star to a 1 star rating within the last six months. We have been customers for at least 15 years and the food, service, selection and value has always been superb. BUT, something has changed. Delivery used to be within a 1/2 hour even when we were told that the food would be delivered in an hour and it was all piping hot and tasty. Unfortunately, the last three orders have taken nearly 90 minutes to arrive and the food was tepid. After this last order being delivered so late I called the restaurant and could not get any reprieve, just excuses. I spoke with a powerless manager that promised me that the owner would call. Well, that call has yet to come.

This place is the best Chinese food in town, one year ago. this year they made wrong orders, bland food and not so good customer services. sadly lost my appetite and wont be ordering again anytime soon.

Never, ever, again for me. Very pricey , and the egg rolls were just cabbage , and tasteless. The beef lo mein was very skimpy on meat. The vegetable fried rice was ok as was the sweet sour chicken. No sauces or napkins were given to me either. That is a big no no in Chinese foods. Try another Chinese Restaurant.

I've never been disappointed and it just keeps getting better! The food is always exactly what I expect, is fresh and has the best egg rolls and spring rolls in town. They made some changes to their customer service including a greeting while you wait to order and they now recognize me when I order by my phone number. I really like that! Yellow Ginger has the most consistent delivery service and food quality I've experienced from Chinese food in Racine.

Buckle up for this long story...I apologize in advance. My girlfriend ordered here with some family that was visiting about a month ago. They had a large order where an order of General Tsao's was forgotten. No big deal, mistakes happen. We order there often and never have issues. She called and got credited for it.
I called tonight to place an order and asked if they can just remove the price of the General Tsao's since neither one of us eat that. The first guy we talked to had to talk to "the manager" and said they could only get us the General Tsao's as part of the order. So I just said nevermind and to please cancel the entire order. He said he'd talk to the manager again and put me on hold. The call ended up dropping and I got through a minute later when a girl answered the phone.
I explained to her the call dropped and I was working with the other guy. She said he was busy taking another order so I explained the situation to her. She also said typically they simply replace the missing order. I explained it wasn't something we normally order and we order there all the time, etc... We ended the call with the understanding that the price of what I ordered was going to be adjusted when I got there. When I got there the price was still the normal price, without the refund for what was missing the last time.
She ended up bringing another lady out who I assume is one of the owners and she explained the situation to her. They were speaking Chinese and the tone of the owner had escalated as if I was to blame for the entire thing. She then went to the kitchen and the girl told me she was going back to get me the General Tsao's chicken. I just said not to worry about it before I left without my order, both hungry and confused.
Needless to say I'm really disappointed with the customer service we received. I wish the issue could've been resolved amicably, but there are plenty of other Chinese restaurants to order from in Racine. I'm sure my girlfriend will order from there again, but I won't inconvenience them with my business anymore.
