Just had the worst chicken sandwiches ever! Poorly assembled, most of the ingredients were outside of the bun! Chicken was dry and breading tasted stale! 2 for $6 is about $5 too much for the quality! The young lady at the window was very cordial and professional otherwise would have been 1 star!
Just tried the new bacon ranch burger and I thought it was delicious and I'm so glad they now have burgers because I love Arby's I just don't always want roast beef lbvs

At the advice of the cashier, we chose the curly fries with our dinner. Turns out they were old, cold and over cooked. Next time we'll ask for FRESH fries.

Absolutely terrible the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich tasted like it had been sitting on a shelf all day. And this is a $6 sandwich not worth $2 . My wife had 2 beef n cheddars and they were awful also. another restraunt in Racine that has gone to the crapper.
Rudest customer service ever, I politely asked for my money back after their workers didn’t provide me with a receipt since they messed up my order.
