We haven’t ordered from Marco’s in a while, mainly because we were on second shift, and always wanted pizza after 11.
We’re on first now and ordered them for the first time in 2 years.
Still just as good as before, if not better. Bless them.
Too bad we can’t get a free movie with pizza anymore, but that’s not their fault lol

Love this Pizza place! The Pizza always tastes amazing, it’s always hot & fresh! Another thing I love is the subs. The steak & cheese is my personal favorite! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Delivery time was two hours out, we waited another half hour after the two hours estimated delivery time and tried calling, they're not taking calls, okay we'll go pick up our order. Came home with our order only to notice that our large pizza was cold and half eaten. Not to mention the salad tasted absolutely rotten. Like everything tasted spoiled. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Consistency is the biggest problem I have with this location, I order the same thing and get wildly different pizzas. Last time I ordered double sauce and it was swimminf, ordered double sauce again and if was damn near dry.

This is the best marcos pizza EVER!!! The food is amazing and amazing is an understatement. The dough is made fresh in-store daily. My personal favorite is the meatball bake. They have subs, salads, desserts, calzones, and of course authentic Italian pizza. Their delivery drivers are extremely polite also.

I've ordered from Marco's Pizza a few times. They seem to take way too long to deliver and even when they say it will be delivered in an hour it won't arrive for two hours. So, I quit ordering from this place. After several months, I got a coupon in the mail offering a free large pizza with purchase of any other food item. So, I thought I'd give them another chance. I tried to place the order on their website, but it wouldn't accept the coupon code. So, I called the order in but was told it will be an hour and a half to two hours for delivery. I gave them two stars because their pizza is okay as far as taste goes, but the manager is very short on the phone, I don't think he likes it when people call him to inquire about an order. huh!?

I absolutely love the subs and the chicken that come from Marco's, but what drags my rating down is the sheer inefficiency of the crew making the meal. Three times now the order has been delivered late and incomplete with the missing food items taking forever to finally show up with tonight being the most egregious of the three times. Dinner should have been here by 9:45 pm, it didn't show up until 10:10-10:15 PM and half the order was missing. The driver was sent back to fix the error and I placed a follow up call at 10:45 PM inquiring as to where the order was. I'm less than three miles from the store. This should NOT take that long for Heaven's sake! Suffice it to say that I will be thinking long and hard before placing another order with Marco's Pizza, which is a real shame because I do enjoy their food very much. Too bad I can't trust the crew to get it right.

Our school organization has done great with Marco's Pizza Box Fundraiser the 2 previous years, but 2018 was not their year! First, when we tried to set up a date for what was becoming an annual fundraiser, it took SEVERAL call to find someone willing to set up a date. Then, they only wanted to communicate through unanswered text messages which in my opinion seemed very unprofessional for a manager. Our fundraisers (we had 2 dates) were in the back end of January and early February. We didn't receive our check for our cut of the fundraiser until 3 months later after, yet again SEVERAL calls and text to find out what was the hold up. They blamed it on a district level....but still no word on when the top class would receive their FREE pizza party as stated in the fundraising flyer. Finally, with a little less than a month of school left in the school year, we tried to reach out to the manager to inquired about the pizza party. Surprisingly, she responded to our text the same day and scheduled a date. However, when we inquired about how many pizza's would it be and if it was more of a snack or would it be a suitable amount to cover lunch and what time to expect the pizzas so that we could coordinate with the teacher's schedule, we received crickets for answers yet again. The manager claimed numbers were lost and called the school on the morning of the scheduled date to confirm, but by that point, the students' lunches had been ordered and educational lessons had been planned. They rescheduled for 2 school days later and here's the real kicker! When the pizzas were delivered, the delivery driver which we were under the impression would be the manager but wasn't, tried to charge the teacher for the pizzas! They made the teacher feel so guilty that she tipped him $10!!! So much for a FREE pizza party! If you want a headache and a half, by all means TRY to sign up for the Pizza Box Fundraiser at the Lathrop Ave location.
