Great Chinese food here, I got the Mongolian beef combo dinner, excellent bang for the buck, includes pork fried rice, choice of egg roll or soup, wonton chips and a cookie. Everything cooked fresh to order and was delicious. I'll definitely be returning.
My son surprised me with lunch from here. The food tasted "old". My son plugged his nose in order to eat his meal. He said this place used to have really good food. We will not be ordering from here again.

The food is generally good. The portions are large and it’s more or less the Chinese food you get everywhere. Ordering, though, is hard. There’s a lot of yelling, they don’t put you on hold, and rather than correcting a mistake, they’ll say they’ll give you a free entree next time you call but then
It WAS good in the past. They forgot part of my food. I called immediately but did not receive a call back for a couple of hours. (had to get food elsewhere - bought 2 dinners that night) I am still not sure what she said to me but I got no resolution. The food I did get was NOT good. Old and rubber
Great little Chinese place, we order from it all the time. Quick deliveries and the food is good. Sometimes they give you free stuff if you order a lot. Dumplings and general tso chicken, as well as mei fun noodles (Singapore style is most authentic if you like curry) are favorites.
You can Never go wrong with Uptown China/RongHua. Everything on the menu is an absolute delight! You're appreciated. :-)
Best Chinese restaurant I've had since moving to Wisconsin. I've tried almost all of the other Chinese food offered in Racine. This was so delicious.
