Really good hot and cold subs. Turkey Bacon lettuce sub, Philly cheese steak with onions & peppers. The broccoli cheese soup was good & thick. Highly Recommended.

Stopped for a late lunch the ladies were very very overwhelmed but they handled all the customers with Professional care and great communication; the food was good too! Customers should be mindful that there is a nationwide staff shortage. It's called fast food not instant!

Excellent customer service; friendly when ordering and friendly and engaging at the window. The sub was made exactly how I ordered it and was great! A word of caution: everything is made to order, if you go through the drive-thru expect to wait while your sandwich is being made. There was a customer in the car behind me yelling "Come On"...sheesh give these hard-working people a chance to make your order.

First time ever to Cousins. Seems to have a disproportionate meat to bun ratio...more bread than meat. Flavor was ok. After the 1st few bites I folded the meat in half and tossed the other half of the bread. Filled the void..but not sure this preparation of sub sandwich is for me. Likely won't return.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and a couple sides from Cousin's Subs tonight. 1 of which was a turkey/ bacon w/cheddar. Pulled out of drive thru and realized I'm missing a side. Get out, walk in while reading the receipt, the side I didn't get isn't on the reciept, I never paid for it, that's why I didn't get it, but....what's this a chicken sandwich...I never ordered chicken. "Hi,Yeah. I ordered turkey not chicken." The lady turns to dude who filled my order, "she says she ordered turkey not chicken" He takes receipt, says " yeah right chicken! I did give her chicken! What's the problem?" "She wanted turkey." "Yeah right! That's what it is! Chicken! It's the same right?" This poor woman don't know what to say to him. All I can say is no, it's not the same, this is chicken, not turkey,I ordered turkey, not chicken, they are different animals hence the different names. Me and that man's coworkers all stood there blinking in disbelief at him for a solid 10 seconds.

Fries sad and undercookee. Almost gave me the wrong sandwich, good thing i checked the receipt. Team working seem disoriented and didn't know the menu and whats on a philly sandwich. Waited for a while for the correction to the sandwich. Sandwich came out good, will probably go to jersey mikes down the road instead of going here again.

Ordered a tuna with onion / lettuce . Got to work 5 minutes later . Open it up to smooshed, soggy unappetizing ! ! Paper wrap so tight it smashed it all in to this .. what a disappointment ! co-works walked by asking what is that ? ?

Food tasted ok, but I repeatedly write for my order not to make soggy, like I say less sauce Light ingredients so it won't be soggy. Everytime I recieve it it falls apart. Just really irritating

Nice variety of fresh deli sandwiches, tasty soups, friendly and prompt service, attractive decor, clean rest rooms, reasonable prices, good management. Our favorites include tuna salad, roast beef, sub clubs, cheese steak, chicken soups, etc. We eat lunch here 2-3 times per week. Highly recommend!
