Delicious food. Fast and easy to order…. both online and inside the restaurant. I have a few favorites… the Burrito Bowl…. and the “Create Your Own 3 Tacos”. The 3-Cheese Queso and Chips is delicious! I would recommend Qdoba!

If I could give them 0 🌟 stars I definitely would. When my husband arrived to pickup the order that I placed they asked him for a name as I'm on the phone with him and I stated to him to tell them that the app didn't ask me for a name so I gave him my number and again he stated he needed a name so then he would give him the food. Like really 😒 come on! So I asked him how did it look in there he said better then the last time but then he sends me this pic. And I almost fell out of my chair! Not only did no one making the food or cooking the food ( NOT TO MENTION THE COOKS HAD DREADLOCKS) only 1 had a hair net on and NOBODY HAD A MASK ON! I MEAN SERIOUSLY NO MASKS! I have no idea who iz running this Qdoba location but this is my 2nd time coming to this location under new management cause I know it's not the same person from a few years back and it will be my last not to mention I'm not touching that food so that was 25 bucks down the drain! I work in the medical field I have to take care of patients everyday and when I do I put on the proper PPE to not only protect myself but also protect my patients just in case I'm infected and unaware vis-versa. And I believe that right now in today society with this variants going around I would believe that restaurants would be aware that society isn't tested on a daily basis and some people are symptomatic so there is a possibility that others don't have symptoms. So can someone please explain to me why none of these workers wouldn't be wearing a mask! I'm so disappointed and disgusted that it makes me sick to my stomach 😞

It's hit and miss here. Just went in tonight (7/2/2022). They were out of (or running low on) many items, but staff was very nice, despite seeming like they were ready to get out of there. I totally understand wanting to be anywhere but work, but as a customer, I'm not trying to hear that, or feel bad for visiting 1 1/2 hours before closing. Food was good. Still worth a visit.

Terrible service… Out of control kids with terrible management. There was a kid in the back dancing with another co worker while he had his hands visibly in his pants. He then went and flipped the very burnt chicken on the back grill and went and touched other food products. The manager seemed to not care and was joking around with them and disregarding the huge line of customers they had out the door. The other workers were very enthusiastic and prioritized about 3-4 online orders before each customer waiting in the store. Will not be going back as I don't want genital chicken and tik tok dances.

I enjoy visiting this Qdoba location! They have super fresh food and I'm always pleased with my meal. Pricing is fair and they offer a wide arrange of food options including many vegetarian choices. The staff is great, however much like other establishments these days, they seem to have some staff shortages. The lobby is always very clean, tidy and well kept. Covid safety precautions are in place with plastic clear divider at check out.. In dining is acceptable.

Better than Chipotle (in my opinion) but just a bit overpriced to me. They try to be skimpy on the ingredients and you practically have to beg for more (especially when it is the manager working at the Racine location). Not the worst, but not my favorite. The queso is free which is a plus.

Been here before and it's good. This time food seemed a little under-portioned. And the guy making the food didn't seem to be enjoying his job. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day

I love how we can choose what we want!!! 2 of my kids & myself had a Baritos & my son had 3 tacos!!! It was our first time at Qdoba!!! We all loved it!!! Thank you
