I come here EVERY DAY and not once have I ever complained about anything. I ask for extra Carmel in my drink and they have always given me either none. Or way to much. I just let it go because it’s not a huge deal but today the lady came up to the window saying “I used half a bottle” and walked away. They filled half my cup up with Carmel. What makes it so hard to do extra Carmel. I could understand if I was complaining to them all the time but not once have I , so now I can’t even drink my drink because they put literally half a bottle of Carmel in it. It’s not that hard to just put a little bit in. I don’t pay 6 dollars a coffee to not even get coffee. Do better !!! Every day it is something. I never thought extra Carmel would be so hard to understand The attitude and passive aggressiveness is uncalled for when the customer comes everyday and never once complained.

I ordered ahead and my drink was ready about a minute before the scheduled pickup time. Meanwhile, the drive through line was nearly at max capacity so definetly consider ordering ahead at this location. My drink tasted good and met expectations. Getting in and out was a little bit difficult with only a single point of entry through the mall parking lot but did not add too much time onto my travels.

I came 10 minutes to close the cashier had problems swiping my card maybe they didn’t want to make my drink and it was way too sweet like it was done purposely but I am almost positive this is spit in my drink, didn’t notice it until ice melted that is DISGUSTING

Went to the drive thru, ordered two mango dragon fruits with lemonade. When I got to the window the girl opened the window so hard that it slammed back shut and then she just walked off and started making our drinks. Drinks were literally all ice and finished it in two drinks. Very bad customer service and just rude.

I had 2 gift cards that looked identical. One with leftover money and a brand new $15 card. I handed her the leftover card first and then my total left was $1 something after, so I give her the fresh gift card, she swipes it and then throws it out. Asked if there was still money on it and she “checks” it comes back and said the balance was $0… I assume she grabbed the first card that WAS actually zero (both gift cards looked the same) and left the fresh one in the trash. I feel robbed..

Slow, unorganized even though there were 7 people working! After we ordered we waited 15 minutes for a beverage that just needed to be poured into a cup.

Great service from staff but they are out of supplies for my go to drinks frequently. The inside is small and can get crowded quickly.
