Second time I've placed a big order and only got some of what I ordered. I had to go back.
The manager rolled her eyes and said "well, it's a big order and we're busy." No apology, no sorry.
Just an "oh, well" and a shrug of the shoulders.
Not acceptable.

The customer service was veey friendly however, my the ice cream in my cone came in a wrapper as well, im not sure if it accidentally fell in there and they didn't see it or if it fell in and they just didn't care, thank god i got this messed up cone and my nephew didn't, he could have choked on the paper.

Went to get a shake all to find out that they stopped doing whipped cream at this location. First they stop doing cherries and now the whipped cream, they may as well stop selling the whole damn shake while they're at it.

Quick friendly but I feel like the prices went up a little I ordered 3 hash browns and it was 6 bucks. I was in shock but oh well im.order a meal next time. It was still good!

I honestly think this is one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. On more than one occasion the drive thru workers have been rude and have no customer service skills at all...when you drive up, they don't acknowledge you...they just stick their hand out for the payment or shove your food out at you....If you're lucky you might get a grunt or a head nod. Then once you get home, your order is either wrong or incomplete. I really hope someone from the management team sees this and makes some changes.

Terrible service, need to learn to treat customers like they should be treated, and they want $15.00 an hour, laughable! I want food not handed to the car in front of me and gone threw, I want a new item when requested not just put in another bag when you say its a new one. Sent back again and they did the same thing, food was out of wrapper half way and cold same old sandwich in a new bag, came home and threw it in the garbage.

Wish I could give 0 stars. 24 hour drive through means 24 hours. Not, turn the lights off and when there are customers at the window waiting to ask you why youre closed turn the inside lights off and pretend you're not there.

I will not return to this McDonald's again, Today it took me almost 15 minutes to get an egg Mc muffin. I actually called them on the phone while I was standing at the counter, to get some ones attention. Worst service ever.

I went to go get my husband food after his long day of army training. I ordered him a double quarter pounder, a large fry, and a coke. When he went to eat not only was the burger so stale but we received a single quarter pounder. He called and spoke with a manager who offered to replace his meal free of charge. So I went back and picked up his replaced order.... only to find out it was STILL a single quarter pounder and he bun was still super stale. I guess I should have checked the order but you’d think after already having to replace the order you’d make sure it was correct...

They cant even stack a burger right. The bun goes halfway in and half way out of the box now with patty down on the cardboard. Probably dropped it and still served it. Nasty.

If I could do negative rating I would. I went through to drive thru and was greeted by a rude female employee that told me they were only accepting cash. That wasn't a problem I don't mind at all. I ordered a Meal as well as a double, small fry and large coke. I was told I'd have my total at the second window which was just over ten dollars, nothing out of the ordinary. I handed the female employee the ten before getting out the change which she rudely told me I owed more. I passed her attitude off. We all have bad night's, she's probably tired and idk what she has happening in her personal life (even though that's nothing to bring to work) I paid and she gave me my change. I received a bag and one soda and she rudely asked if I was waiting for something else. I said yes my other soda and she told me "that's not what you specified" I got home and only had half my order. So long story short, I had a terrible experience, only got half my order, and charged extra. I understand McDonald's is a very successful business however this particular McDonald's should be shut down. Its by far the worst fast food business I've ever supported no matter what time of day.

We went through the drive thru around 9pm so I could get some nuggets, a fry, a sausage mcmuffin, and a pineapple mango smoothie
They parked us because apparently it was gonna be a minute.
And we waited. And waited. And. Waited. For 20 frickin minutes until a worker who was delivering another order saw us. She came over and asked what we ordered. We told her and she went inside to see about it.
She came back maybe 5 minutes later with the food and we took off.
When we got home we discovered my food was absolute crap.
The fries were half cooked, the nuggets were cold, and the real kicker for me? The sausage mcmuffin was WAY undercooked.

Well placed my order, cashier read back my order right.
Than she told the people in back.
1/4 pounder fresh off the grill plain with cheese.
I get home and burger has everything on it.
And these people think that they deserve $15.00's a hour. It is not hard, also took a good 10 minutes to get my food.
Than I call to say something and nobody answers the phone. Yes I am not impressed with the staff tonight. Only one that seemed to do a great job was my cashier.
She did a terrific job.

I want to thank one of the managers that my husband works with. I came in to pick him up and told him he needed to get out of work asap because they are taking my grandmother off of life support today. She came out and said a prayer with us because this is a difficult time for me and it make me both happy and sad to know that a manager will come out and pray for a grieving family. So thank you so much I will be giving this place a lot more service now not because my husband works there but because they have a heart and compassion.
