Ordered 2 pizzas, an order of cheesy bread, dipping sauce, and an order of brownies. Never received the brownies or the sauce. One of the pizzas was supposed to be stuffed crust and I received a regular Pepperoni Pizza. Terrible service and understaffed at this location. Will never order from Little Caesars again.

This place from my time coming here, has had a large turnaround and turnover rate of management and employees. The quality has improved. I really don't expect much from a 6-8 dollar pizza. As long as its clean and the employees are enjoying their job. So many rude, disrespect people go into this establishment because of the price. They are more of whom you would need to be worried about. I prefer pre-ordering and paying just to walk in grab and leave. During the peak hours don't expect to find ready made or answer a phone, do to their high traffic and 2-3 employees.

I didn't expect much out of coming here, and I still came away disappointed. First up, 2 employees were yelling about how unfair their manager was in the parking lot. Classy, but food service jobs are bad. Once inside, it was 5 minutes before anyone took an order, there were no pizzas ready, and nothing coming up. Once I finally got my pizza, it wasn't fully cut. Only about halfway through as if they only made the lines with the cutter and that's it. I can safely say I'll never be coming back here again.

This place is just okay. It's in a bad part of town, and there is perpetual construction on Durand which makes it hard to get to, but they have $5 pizzas that my kids love for some reason so that is why I come here. It's not always really clean here and they are chronically understaffed. Today as I was picking up my pizza, a bunch of customers came in behind me. About a minute later, as they were trying to find the order I literally placed ten minutes before, an employee stuck her head into the lobby and said, "No more than 4 customers in the lobby at a time!" then ran back into the back. I thought that was pretty rude. There is no sign on the door saying that, so how are people to know?

This Little Cesars is the one I usually go to when I’m doing laundry next door at Blue Kangaroo. But today they really went above and beyond.
Apparently they were short staffed so things were taking longer than normal. The young man working the counter mentioned that he was supposed to have have been signed out hours ago. I was told to expect a 40 min wait.
Sure, that may be a far cry from hot-n-ready... BUT I will say this. That staff was not slacking. They were all moving as fast as they could. They did a great job of getting the people that had called in their orders out as fast as they could and kept the line short, which is great because covid. They really did their best under the stressful circumstances. although I was ready to wait 40 minutes, I was out of there in 20. 🙌🏽 pizzapizza indeed.

If i could give this store 0 stars I would. The pizza is good dont get me wrong I mean it is a 5 dollar pizza so you get what you pay for. But this store needs an actual manager that enjoys their job and wants to change this store around. The staff is beyond rude. Everyone's so lazy. You don't get acknowledged when walking in. Lord forbid you try calling because they don't pick up and the lunch specials and bread sticks are made when ordered so if you try to order in advance lol good luck. I have been to a few little Caesars and this by far is the worse staff wise.

Let me just say, for the price, bo one is expecting the worlds greatest pizza. But at the same time, it's pretty good for how much you pay. The pizza portal is great, so theres no waiting in line if you order ahead. But....half the time part of your order is missing, and the workers here suck. Plus half the time the pizza isnt cut all the way, or has so much sauce the crust is soggy and disgusting.
