Their food was good, but their service left a lot to be desired. I haven't been to this place in at least 15 years. It will be another 15 years before I come back. Main Moon 2 on Washington Ave. is way better.

I took off 2 stars because though the food is great, one specific person working the front desk has lost our food twice saying we didn't call in or called the wrong location when this is the one saved in my wife's phone. He's also extremely rude and if we didn't like the food so much we'd go somewhere else which we're starting to contemplate now.

Called to order the guy I talked to was real irritated I asked him to speak up he got mad I placed my order he took it gave him the address he said about an hour I said ok and he hung up on me. Then hour and a half later no order thank you for telling you don't want my business and that's sad because you were my favorite Chinese restaurant in racine but not anymore.

The food is pretty good but the staff is always so rude. We were waiting to order and after a few minutes when they finally did notice us they immediate told us to “hurry up” with our order since they were busy. There’s been other incidents like this. I don’t recommend, there’s other places to get Chinese food.

There were visible mice at this restaurant my family and other guests were waiting and saw mice come from behind the counter and circled the food tray area for pick up! We yelled and told the guy taking orders on the phone that there were mice around the counter but he acted like he didn't see the mice or hear us and continued taking phone orders! Disgusting!!! Disgusting!!! Disgusting!!! Myself, my family and all the other guests left after this encounter, although we had already placed our order and were waiting, we no longer wanted the food from there! Gross🤢

Love thier food and you get plenty of it. Id give 5 stars but website doesn't work and it would be nice to see pics of every meal. I know they have some at the restaurant but by then its to late. We always seem to get the same ole same ole everytime we order. 😒

Delivery guy is a scam, but owners do not know. The delivery guy says he has no change so you are forced to give him a larger tip. example, bill is 22.00. and you have 30. he says he has no change so you give him an 8 dollar tip. If you demand change or you won't take the order, he suddenly remembers he has some money in his car. He looks possibly Latino. He drives a silver van. He is not Asian. There is an Asian that delivers sometimes who is very honest. The food quality has gone down hill. I would rather spend a little more and have the quality they once had. But I still like the food and the owners are nice. I hope they see this and fire the delivery guy.
