It actually was good. Not over crowded. They take security measures to ensure that you leave with the same group. The tokens are on a card. My grandsons enjoyed themselves. Food was just ok... I'm not a pizza person.

Visited in October of 2020, during the pandemic. They were very strict on following the rules of masks, social distancing, and other safety protocols, which I appreciated. My son had a great time.

Customer service is horrible!! I will never have my child's birthday party here again!! $110 buck on 2 pizzas and 2 apps and the cook in the back has an attitude as if they're actually busy.....obviously no one needs a job here, the last thing you should be is rude if you're trying to get more business!

Why have the sky tubes been removed? This is half the point of going. Why go to CC spend $50 to $75 with food and tokens if we don't get the full experience? Looks like Monkey Joe's is the place to go. We spend a whole $10.50 at MJ for unlimited play, so I guess we'll be saving a lot of money in the future.

I bought 1 large 1topping pizza with 4 drinks and 40 play points for $41.00 and this was with a coupon. Used another coupon for a hundred more Play points for twenty bucks. Also bought two Dippin Dots for $8. Total around $73.
So after the kids use other Play points free cash in their tickets and have around a little under four hundred. So we go to the prize area and for that amount tickets we are only able to get 1 cotton candy, 5 tootsie rolls, 6 small Airheads, 1 plastic whistle, and 2 bookmarks. The all items I could have gotten for probably under $3.
Also the previous time my kids loved the tubes which have been removed now. Probably because they weren't making any money off of the tubes.
I know my kids had fun but for $71 the pizza was not very good the play passes only lasted around 15 minutes at that and the tickets that the games spit out only by prizes that you could get in a dime store! I don't think we will be returning to Chuck-E-Cheese ever again.

Service sucked!!!! Took an hour to get my food. They only gave me 1 beer when the limit is 2. Horrible experience.

The food is not as good as it use to be my grandbaby like it but hes almost 1 years old. Its not very clean they took out a lot of the games. The stuff is not as friendly.

This time it was all guys working. Only seen a few things wrong. Grandkids like it. If you work with kids you need to have a kid friendly attitude most of the workers did not have a friendly attitude only the greeter!!! Bathrooms clean. Salad bar had to ask for the lettuce. Would like to see French dressing return and get rid of the BEETS. Pizza was good and Parma sticks too. Overall good experience!! Only 20 people there so maybe that helps.

I've never had a complaint at this location. The staff is always nice and it always seems clean. I like that they took the play place out of there (mainly because my kids love the new train ride) and I love that there are no longer tokens. The cards are so much easier to carry!
