Accuracy of ordering has gone WAY down since order taking was taken away from local store.

I ended up not ordering the pizza I wanted - my fault... the staff checked to see if the pizza had been started and it was already in the oven.. I obviously was not going to change my order but knowing how quickly they got my order started was astonishing. Whoever picked up the phone was super helpf
