Multiple times I have gone here during regular operating hours at night and it appeared to be open, but then they said via the drive-thru intercom that they were closed. Sometimes they give no reason and other times they say something like the system is down for taking orders. I wouldn't recommend planning to go here until you can be assured that the restaurant is operational.

Hour are not consistent. I have gone to this location several times and has been closed early. Last time I went to this location it was closed at 4 pm! Customer service is terrible. The worker on the intercom sounds like she doesn’t want to be there or serve customers. Before the inconsistent hours employees would say they were not taking orders at 10 pm. Please be better. There is no point in having this location open if you are not going to serve guests.

couple days ago, I went and right away the lady was rude and unprofessional. ill leave out the details just for time sake but obviously things won't go very well for her or anyone who doesn't follow rules. I forgot to get my recipt which I need for insurance claim purposes; I had to drive all the way back to ASK for my receipt just for her not to be able to reprint the receipt. slammed the window in my face and refused to provide her name or anyone I can contact concerning this matter. how she is a manager, idk. obviously they just need anyone to keep the store operational. really a bad experience feel bad for future customers at this particular location. won't ever return to that store and will suggest others do the same.

$5.99 BOX with cheese fries, taco supreme and a beefy burrito. The burrito just has to much of a shell and not enough meat inside. They load it up with beans. Next time I'm asking for no beans to see what it would look like than.

This place is an absolute joke, it’s as if they are trying to get it shut down for being so unproductive, I don’t know one night I’ve came that they are actually open at their regular hours or been given an excuse that their systems are down or food is out.. just end up going to the other one nearby, they actually know that it’s job.. talk about irresponsible on the owners and workers lol

How sad is it that it took 1 customer to post that he is "working with the "BBC -BBB and corporate to shut down your establishment' before you actually "bothered to reply "and "show" that you care about your customers and your overall establishment. For the longest time many of us have been posting reviews to let you know just how badly run your establishment is and how poor the attitudes of your employees are to your customers , yet you nor any of your management bothered to respond to either one or us!

Order via grub hub- which was timely and the tacos were cold, clearly from a refrigerator and the tortilla was hard.
The only taco that was warm was the Doritos taco.
Will not go to this location again.
