Everyone on here claiming the service is slow and the employees don't care may be correct. However, one time the nice young man in the drive through gave me a package to drop at a house nearby and said if I did the food would be free. Such a nice young man. 5 stars
This is by far the worst KFC in business. The employees are rude, slow, careless, inefficient, not in uniform. The place is dingy, disorganized dirty and old.

Mayne they were mad because the Packers were losing or because Foxconn was a scam, but the drive through crew was rude. Chicken was top notch anyway.
They should offer curbside pick up, placed an order to pick up and still had to go through the drive through to get my order in a long line 🙄
Asked myself why I don't go here much. First, prices are way to high for what you get. I ordered the Smokey BBQ chicken sandwich combo because of the TV ads. What I had was close to BBQ on a bun.

I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes, only to receive a famous bowl that was clearly microwaved. The chicken was chewy like rubber and some of the cheese was hard and had clearly been sitting for a couple of hours at least. Disgusting. Will never eat here again.
I waited forever for food that didn't taste that great, soda that had no syrup in it and a side of fries that literally had 6 fries in it!!!!!
