Ordering and buying this ice cream cake was the most frustrating experience. We started the order process on Wednesday for a Saturday morning pickup. The problem lies in that english is the second language of most of the staff. When we called on Wednesday to order the cake, were instructed to call back tomorrow (Thursday) and speak with the cake person. Which we did. We placed our order but both people that we spoke with were difficult to understand and we were suspect that our order would be correct. Upon arrival, our suspicions were justified. We asked for "Happy 7th Birthday Gideon" to be on top of the cake. Instead, upon arrival it was written on the serving disk with out the "7th". I had them correct it, but I had to wait an additional 15 minutes or so. The cake cost $26.00 (6 inch) my grandson enjoyed it so this Baskin Robbins gets 3 stars instead of 2

Over priced and not very good at all. I ordered frozen yogurt and got vanilla ice cream instead in my sundae, which I could've gotten past except the ice cream was very poor quality. It was icey like freezer burn and not very flavorful. I paid like $6 for yuk! I could've gotten good custard for like half that price. My husband's banana split was disappointing as well. the banana seemed kinda old and he said ice cream wasnt very good either. My daughter got a coffee drink... Kinda hard to screw that up, so they got 1 star for that.

you guys need to update your hours in Google you guys are so sorry that you're close at 12.it's obvious you're not because when we call no one picks up the phone there can you please update your hours in Google so we know what your actual hours are?

If I could give zero stars I would. I like to go for milkshakes once in awhile, service is always slow in the evening. Went last night and it was beyond horrible. I had to repeat myself three times and the person taking the order through drive thru was slurring her words to badly that I couldn't even understand her. I pulled up to the window for the total and for my order. I waited a while before given the total. On the outside of the window there is a small screen that has your total amount visible for you to see, okay so my total was changed four different times. As I looked in the window the cashier called someone else over and neither of them seemed to get it right. She finally gives me my total and when taking my card she looked so zoned out (high). Her and her coworker both were out of it. Eyes red as ever and low, neither could stop swaying, both acted really weird.

My go to place for Banana splits, the best hands down. Very friendly staff. The store is always clean and sanitary. If you like ice cream as much as I do, then this place is for you. You will not be disappointed.

I refuse to come here again the staff was rude and would not honor a $3 off coupon I had for my birthday. Even with me willing to show my ID showing my birthday. Nothing was expired he clearly was just in a bad mood.

I remember why I never go here any more. I have had my ice cream served to me upside down in a bag, charged for extra stuff they they didn't even add to my order and to top it all off tonight this happens... shame on me for thinking maybe something would have changed by now.
Tonight I was in the drive thru ordering ice cream and the person in front of us ordered like 8 ice coffees and a bag of crap that took a total of 15 mins to make and sent out the window.
While I was waiting for the person in front of us to leave I see they already got our ice creams scooped and waiting for us. They stay there for at least 10 mins. By the time I got to the window they were melting and they handed it to us without batting an eye.
I really felt like asking them to re scoop the ice cream but I was tired and wanted to get home and didn't want to make a scene.
So here I am driving and trying to eat this mess of an ice cream cone and the whole thing falls in my lap. My boyfriends was just falling all over him too... so they both got launched out the window before we even left the parking lot. $7.95 just blown in the wind.

Baskin Robbins is the bomb. I live in Coralville, IA & try to stop every time I come to Racine. The employees that have waited on me always are extra patient & polite. I always give a nice tip. I do have to say the Dunkin Donuts side not as great. Plus my donuts are stale & hard. I will never get donuts there again. Just the icecram.

Man behind the counter acted bored to be there & didn't seem to want to be bothered.
And couldn't use my birthday coupon because it wasn't on a regular scoop of ice cream, but a kid's size scoop!
Men's bathroom was out of order, so only one bathroom available.
Glad we were just driving by, because I wouldn't drive from Oak Creek just to go there.
