Ate inside the restaurant they were out of fries and onion rings. Bad sign right off the bat.
It took so long to make 4 sandwiches that they were just warm by the time we actually got them.
There were was no tea made, no lids available, and the drink area was dirty.
Staff was nice, but you can tell

Everyone puts so much in a bag that it's hard to see what's missing. They assured me that everything was there. Missing French fries and marinara sauce and a drink but I caught the drink before I left the window. They also gave me a melted milk shak
Just like a few months ago, severely major issues going on still. Only 3 employees working. Plus side, the employees didn't look like they was on meth. Place hasn't been cleaned in a while. One drive thru customer came in to pay and was told they was 10 to 20 minutes backup etc. She told them
Waited at the speaker to order for about 5 minutes tonight at 825pm only for them to completely ignore me even after I asked if they were ready for my order a few times. There was absolutely no one in line inside or the drive through so it’s not like they were just too busy to handle the workload.
Walked into Burger King and nobody was behind the counters. Never got greeted. After 5 min a guy came up and ask what we wanted . I had several meals to order but every order the guy as “ is that it “ . You could tell he really didn’t want to work . He kept rolling his eyes . We waited more than 20
Took almost an hour to get my food. Chicken fries and mozzarella sticks were hard and dry. Recieved my food 20 mins before i recieved my iced mocha. Had to go inside to retrieve my drink which was not ready.
I've gone here more than once and just sat at the order screen for the drive-thru and never got my order taken. I would just go to the Burger King down the street, a much better experience there every time.
The made me what in Texas is called the Texas double whooper. Has mustard instead of mayo, jalapeño and added bacon. Perfect. Just wish that the Big King was bigger like a few years ago
