Food was good. Was fresh and hot when arrived for my party of 7 folks. The server seemed to be new or poorly trained. The poor boy seemed overwhelmed. He tried he really did but he needs more training. He had a difficult time multitasking between refilling our drinks and bringing extra ketchup. No reason not to return. Pretty good food and a server that really tries hard. That is hard to find these days.
Applebee's for dinner. I was there for an early dinner, around 3:00 - 4:00 p.m
They are a bit short-staffed, so expect to wait just a bit longer to be greeted and seated, and to get your meal. Server was very friendly and attentive. I ordered Fiesta Lime Chicken. One of my favorites. It was perfectly cooked but could have used a bit more tortilla strips... could strip... due to the shipping shortages. Of course, I'll be back. They are conveniently located, right past the Radford side of the Memorial Bridge, on the left, next to CVS.
This place could use some help when it comes to kitchen, but service was great. Anthony was our server and he was training a young lady. They both were knowledgeable about the menu and made some great suggestions. They checked on us several times and we greatly appreciated it. Thank you applebeea.
