Very good selection of healthy items for a quick, inexpensive meal. I like to make a custom bowl with rice, onions, squash, cheese, and shrimp or chicken. Service can be slow when it’s busy, so be ready for a wait during peak hours, but otherwise it’s great.

Absolutely delicious!!! I've come across R&C the first day they opened over a yr ago and wrote a review based on their fresh, healthy and scrumptious meals. Each and every time I am in the area, this is a must to stop by. What prompted this 2nd review is that the quality, quantity and quick customer service has not changed since day one. I recommend everyone I know and urge reviewers to check them out.

Love this place its my 2nd time here! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is fresh. Its clean inside. I actually drive from Philadelphia just to get their food. Definitely recommend this establishment.

I've driven past this location quite a bit but finally stopped in after an eye appt next store... I've been missing out! I got the chicken+hummus bowl and it was really delicious. I was surprised at how much I liked everything - I can be real picky w. textures and food combos. The chicken, hummus, salad and sprouts were all very tasty and well prepared. The portion size was great IMO and the price is fair. Service was a 5- didn't get his name but the gentleman working tonight 12/1 was very friendly & helpful when I told him it was my first time in, appreciate that! I had no idea it was locally owned before coming in. Looking forward to picking up my glasses & stopping back next week! Only negative is I can't find nutrition facts anywhere, a calorie count on at least the main offerings would be great.
