Always forget how much I love this place! The food is just so damn good! Company was great too but we all were incredibly happy- service was on point as well. Every person we encountered was so nice. Our waiter, Zack, excelled at babysitting 7 excited yet tired women. Thanks guys for starting off my #thirtyfree weekend.
Hubby and I live in Fayetteville but come up to Raleigh every so often for a night away. I've had a few people recommend your place so we decided to try last night. I wish I had our waiters name because he was great! We had the crab claws, pork belly, brussel sprouts, fried chicken and cheese so we were stuffed. We had our leftovers packed to enjoy later. Everything was full of flavor! Thank you for a nice evening and dinner.
Food was wonderful , Service was exceptional. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Loved the shared plate concept!
Broiled Tetilla cheese was my favorite, sea scallops were his. But everything we ordered was great!

I enjoyed everything about my meal. The food, atmosphere, and staff are outstanding.
Have eaten here once before but this was the first time I had brunch there. The "Cornmealius" pancakes with blueberries, strawberries & freshly whipped cream were amazing. Along with the servers being pleasantly attentive & to top it all off, I can walk here from home. A perfectly lovely combination.
Although I don’t get there as often as I’d like, Humble Pie is my favorite restaurant in Raleigh! It’s not just that the food is great (it is soooooo great ), everything and everyone there is too! Night and day from our “after The Nutcracker” experience at another place last year (). Thanks!!!
just awesome......everything was excellent and our service was great. Got to share some chocolate with our sweet server.
ps....i featured our experience on NC Good Eats, feel free to share or use the pics
The best food. Could not stop eating. Everything was amazing.
Food, drinks and service were all exceptional. We liked it and especially like that the patio is pet friendly.
My wife and I showed up without reservations and the staff quickly got us in on short notice. They took great care of us and the food and dessert was absolutely great!

Excellent service! Trevor was a great server with the best food suggestions! It's all good!
My pictures are awful but for good reason. They have excellent outdoor seating with every table having its own overhead heat lamp…hence the orange hue on all my pics. I am always frustrated when I come here that I don’t come here enough. They have some of the best comfort food in town. Their blue crab claws are a must and I have them every time I eat here. Outside of those, we had the tuna tartare which comes with homemade pork rinds, their roasted brussel sprouts, fried oysters, and finished with their flourless chocolate cake. Clearly I was so consumed with consuming, I failed to capture the Brussels and only did the crab and cake when there was literally one bite left. You have to give Humble Pie a try, especially if you are concerned about Covid as they have one of the biggest and warmest outdoor seating offerings in Raleigh. Want to mix it up a little…start with a drink at Barcelona then walk one block to Humble Pie for dinner, and then back over near Barcelona to have a cup of coffee at Heirloom.
My husband and I held our wedding welcome party and rehearsal dinner at Humble Pie and it was extraordinary. We received so much great feedback from our guests who thought the food was absolutely delicious, and the service impeccable. Working with Jim and his team felt effortless. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure the night was everything we wanted and more. Every single dish was excellent, especially the chicken and waffles, cauliflower mac and cheese, and brussels sprout. Jim's bartender even created an awesome signature drink for us. Highly recommend this restaurant and venue that showcases a special part of Raleigh's history and culture.
We had dinner here tonight and it was amazing! They had so many good vegetarian and gluten free small plate options. Our waitress Emily was one of the friendliest humans ever! We will definitely be back and highly recommend 🤗
Amazing. Delicious. Such a gem of a place! Perfect atmosphere: cozy and rustic but delicate vibe. Please pardon my carnage-only pictures, I was so busy swimming in the magical spicy garlic butter soup with the crab claws that all logical thought to get “pre-devouring” pics was absent. Whatever you do, do NOT pass up on the crab. Nor the bread, say yes to all the bread! And dunk that in the butter magic for the full gluttony experience. Also say yes to the brussels, to the oysters, to the tuna tartare! I seriously doubt there’s something you won’t like. Then of course you’ll have absolutely noooo room for dessert. So what do you do? You order dessert. The flourless chocolate slice of holymoly with a cup of hot coffee is everything you’ve been looking for to close your evening - silky, smooth, butter soft chocolate decadence with a hefty floof of whip cream. Heaven.
The patio has excellent heaters, even when it’s cold it was plenty warm. The staff were charming and cheerful. Go here, don’t delay!! We can’t wait to return!
Great dining experience. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Our waitress was precise and friendly. Food was reasonably priced as well and atmosphere was calm and romantic.
This is one of my favorite brunch spots. The breakfast tacos are outstanding. We usually get a bowl of berries to share (ask for extra whip cream!) and the coffee is yummy. This place gets BUSY so make sure you have reservations or get there as soon as they open. It can get pretty loud inside, but there's a nice covered deck if you prefer to sit outside.
Whatever those crab claws were swimming in - *I* needed to be swimming in. The Brussel sprouts were amazing, crispy, not greasy and had a great flavor. I fell in love with the idea of the cast iron cheeseburger and it did not disappoint.
