Not the best but not terrible. I ordered chicken parmesan, and it surprisingly didn't come over pasta. You did get a choice of a very small plate of pasta or a salad. Strange. The chicken was very tasty overall though. My order came out wrong, but the waiter quickly corrected it. It's a decent place and it's larger than it looks from the outside. Overall not the best like I said, but not the worst. I'll give it another try.

We celebrated an 85th birthday event with a wonderful buffet lunch at Casa Carbone and everything was outstanding! Their private room was perfect for our group of 40 people, with plenty of room for mingling and wheelchair accessibility. The food was excellent, promptly served as planned and generously proportioned. Amanda and Jaime were wonderful to work with from beginning to end, and Alex provided excellent service throughout our event. I highly recommend Casa Carbone for a group function or a delicious dinner in their main dining room!

Awesome experience. Our server Ben was really direct and kept things moving forward, the Owners knocked it out of the park with the quality of the food (thank you for being so welcoming Matt!). This is definitely the right place to feel at ease to step outside your comfort zone and try a genuine Italian dish you haven’t had before👍👍👍. As Arnold S. once said, “I’ll be back”

One of my favorite spots in Raleigh. Exceptional service and I love the entire menu. Very well priced. My friends and I always get together at Casa Carbone (they put us in one of the back private rooms with a big table) a few times a year and we always have a wonderful time. 10/10!

My family and I hadn't been to Casa Carbone in almost 20 years. My parents are in their 90's, so taking them back to a Raleigh landmark restaurant was already quite special. We were pleasantly surprised to find Casa Carbone is still just as wonderful as it has always been. My parents had a most memorable evening. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for making things perfect. Warmly, The Ross family

A wonderful Italian restaurant in Raleigh with a friendly staff (Christian was a great waiter) and a charming atmosphere. The lentil soup, meatballs and spaghetti, manicotti and baked parmesan was delicious. A bit pricey but if you want tasty Italian food in Raleigh, go to Casa Carbone Ristorante.

Had the stuffed eggplant and it was delicious. The sauce was amazing and they didn't skimp on the cheese. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is always friendly and attentive.

I worked there as a kid 25 years ago. Moved out of state and probably haven’t been in 10 years. The food was even better than I remember, especially the linguini with clams in white sauce.

Nice place to eat. Good take out. Locally owned. Great great service. Good food. Never disappointed. Eaten here 100 times over the years. Never disappoints. Can’t go wrong going here.

Last time I checked, my family and I are the featured photo Casa Carbone’s Google Reviews page, so that should tell you all you need to know. We are lucky enough to have them in our neighborhood, so we order takeout from here at least once a month. I realized I was in labor with my first son sitting in the front room eating a mozzarella stick and we later celebrated his baptism with a luncheon here. My go to used to be the cannelloni Florentine with pink sauce, but I’ve branched out to the chicken parm (also with pink sauce) and will have a hard time ordering anything else. When dining in, ask them to bring you the oil and herb concoction they make for dipping your bread. My husband, a Jersey native, loves their linguine and clams and we have actually flown up north with a Mason jar of their sauce for his family!!! This is your stereotypical Italian spot in all the best ways. Minimal frills but consistently good food and a warm family vibe. Mike knows it’s us as soon as we call and nothing beats that feeling of knowing you have a tried and true comfort food spot in your backyard.

Loved this place! Staff was very friendly. Nice atmosphere. And the food was pretty good! I wanted my chicken picatta a little more lemony so our server was happy to bring me lemons. Overall a wonderful date night experience. We will be returning!!!
