Outstanding food and service! We started with the fried calamari and it was the best I've EVER eaten. My wife ordered the Tortellini and I ordered the Veal Sinatra. We shared with each other, because we were both racing about hope delicious or respective meals were. For dessert, my wife had the cheesecake and I ordered the cannoli. Wow! Both were out of this world! It off it all, I only photographed the cannoli, to send the photo to my daughter. I would DEFINITELY visit again, when we are in Raleigh and looking for a quality, romantic meal!
Me and my husband tried here last night for the first time, and we loved it! As my husband said it best, it tasted like true homemade cooking, which is everything you want in Italian food. The Calamari, and pasta dishes we had were excellent. Def. worth a try, nothing too fancy, just delicious food, and a warm family atmosphere.
One of the best keep secrets in the area. I am very picky with Italian food but this was by far some of the best Italian food I have had in a long time. The chef will make anything you like even if its not on the menu. The gnocchi, calamari, and fried veal was delicious. The desert was the icing on the cake. This is a must go!!!! It will not disappoint!!
Wonderful restaurant! The owner Dino makes the dining experience super special! My family went for Sunday dinner but you could easily enjoy this place for a date night or celebration dinner! The food was very authentic! The Tiramisu and ice cream were both delicious! I recommend this place!
Great food, the wait staff is friendly and the owner is straight from Italy! Their homemade seafood ravioli is my favorite on the menu. It is full of flavor and I can not find it anywhere else. The wine pairing dinner was very nice as well when we went with our friends. Elegant place for a dinner.
We love the food. We love the staff. Dino and his sons are always very welcoming and accommodating. As a native New Yorker, we are total snobs when it comes to good Italian food. I say with total confidence that Capri is the best spot in the Triangle for authentic Italian. Never disappoints. My comfort food.
My wife and I spent a lovely Saturday evening at Capri Restaurant, celebrating an early Christmas dinner with friends from the Knights of Columbus organization. The owner, Dino, was very welcoming. His staff was attentive and very professional. The food was delicious and bountiful. We had a wonderful time and we will certainly be coming back to visit Capri Restaurant in the near future.
What a wonderful place for good Italian food. The restaurant is small and quaint but the atmosphere is great. Our waiter was extremely attentive but never bothersome. Food was brought out in a timely manner and was always prepared perfectly. My friend and I had identical meals of calamari, Caesar salad, and chicken piccata. The chicken piccata was probably the best I have ever eaten. Each and every entrée was generously portioned. I would strongly recommend this restaurant for couples and families.
We went during restaurant week! My friends and I enjoyed ourselves!! The food and wine were delicious! We did the seafood ravioli! It was really good we all had a great time with our server and host ! Great people ! We will be back !!
I have eaten at Capri many times over the years. It is fantastic with authentic Italian cuisine. Wait staff is very friendly. I am not sure what happened to the people who are giving this wonderful little gem a poor review. Don't see what you want on the menu? 9 times out of 10 they will accommodate your request. Maybe they (the reviewer, not the restaurant) were having a bad day?
First I have to say I am shocked to see the bad reviews some have given this place. It is almost like they went someplace else by mistake.I have been going there for years and have yet to have a bad meal. The seafood is always a good choice and the specials are always to die for. Whenever I go I see the same folks over and over so they must be doing something right. I feel the prices are fair and the service is excellent. Given a choice of where to go I choose Dino's Capri time and time again.
Old school Italian style restaurant, Italian family owned, quaint and charming vibe. But that doesn’t matter the food is great especially the veal. The owner makes the rounds and I love that personal touch, Great wine choices that are affordable, 5 Stars
I was thoroughly impressed by the service, atmosphere, and food at Capri. It’s readily apparent that the waitstaff are passionate about ensuring patrons have a delightful dining experience. The food is superb and thus justifies the price. If you want mediocre food at an average price, go to Carrabbas. If you want a legit Italian eating experience, Capri is the place to dine.
The quality of the food is unparalleled by most other Italian establishments in the area. Went for a date (it's simultaneously comfortable and classy) on recommendation, hearing that it's authentic Italian food. (No experience with the wine tasting because of limited knowledge of wine, but if I could I'd come here for a tasting, too.) I think back to that visit all the time. My date ordered salmon linguine and the pasta appeared fresh-made and was al dente. I ordered fish, which came with beautiful vegetables and a delightful tomato sauce with capers and garlic. Whoah! Can't wait to return! The service was excellent; the wait staff 2as very attentive.
I’ve been going to this restaurant for 20 years and it’s real authentic Italian. Great food, family atmosphere, and as good doing carry out as eating in. I love the chicken cacciatore, spaghetti and all the veal dishes. Great selection of red wines.
Lovely people and wonderful service. I had the salmon and it was delectable! My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing dinner and I would highly recommend Capri to anyone looking to enjoy some delicious Italian cuisine.

Went for my daughter's 18th bday . Got the Capri chicken. It was delicious, it came with green beans and potatoes. They were fantastic. Dessert was chocolate mousse. Very yummy.
