Awesome coffee, fun atmosphere with the cycling gear and the wall mural entirely constructed from coffee beans, and you HAVE to try the wafels!! Amazing!! I got mine with butter and caramel...pure heaven (with a side of diabeetus)!

Just stumbled on this quaint coffee shop! Comfortable, great coffee, tasty quiche, and excellent Mimosas! Excellent service and ran into Christian, a member of the wait staff, a connection from Charlotte! Can't wait to go again!

Spacious and comfy atmosphere. My iced cafe mocha was excellent. Bold, delicious taste. Staff were friendly and accessible. Definitely making this my go to coffee spot when I'm in or near Cameron Village.

Fantastic espresso, great batistas. Nice little menu for a meal on the go. Love the banana nut bread and obviously the waffles are to died for. Great spot to hangout on a date or get work done

The last time I was in the Cameron District in Raleigh, I wanted a coffee, so I tried the Benelux Cafe. I ordered a Sugar Free Vanilla Latte. It was excellent. There was no bitter taste, and the ratio between the shots, flavoring, and milk was on point. They did a great job with the atmosphere for what it is, but I will never understand why builders sometimes locate the bathrooms on a flat wall facing where people sit and, in this case, very close to the preparation area. I mean, one table is within a few feet from a bathroom door. Anyway, the coffee is delicious, and they also offer food if you are hungry. This Cafe is a must-try if you want a delicious coffee.

Good spot to study or 'work from home'. It's a large space with plenty of room to sit and isn't too loud. It's locally owned and they roast their own coffee! The staff is nice, helpful, and willing to make great suggestions; the barista, Guli, is very friendly. The bathrooms are large, but just average. They could be a little cleaner, but it wasn't bad... Just average. Coffee is good for a locally owned roastery, but not the best in Raleigh. I had the Americano. The shot was pulled well and the service was fast! The food/pastries looked good too! If you are near the village district and looking for good coffee and a place to hang out for a while, this is it!!

I went there first time, it took a minute to find it specifically if you are coming from the other side and not from right front roadside of it. Nondescript front but inside is beautiful and record holding. There was no orange juice, so I make do with lemonade. Here comes the very charming and informally sweet owner Mr. Jeff, who entertained us with lovely conversations, actual facts and free sampling of mint chocolate and chocolate covered pretzels. He regaled us with the history behind the wall to wall panoramic painting totally made up of variety of coffee beans of various hues, being in Guinness Records for such feat. Decorations are eclectic and variety with French flag and some jewelry for sale. Clientele is mixed, mostly on younger side and few college crowds. Good vibes, clean bathrooms and good book collection and must visit at least once place…

I recently started coming to Benelux since it was taken over by a new management team/owners. The space is open and cozy at the same time. There is plenty of seating and they've created different areas within the space for different type of experiences. Meaning, there are comfy spaces for reading a good book or the paper, social spaces for meeting with groups, and more conventional work seating with electrical outlets. Most importantly, the staff are welcoming and serve up some great coffee. It doesn't hurt that there is a story behind the coffee that makes me happy to support Benelux.

Amazing coffee. Best coffee I think I’ve ever had. I got an iced shaken espresso with oat milk and caramel and im not sure what kind or oat milk they use but it was so creamy and delicious! The nice person who took our order was so nice so helpful and literally made our days so much better just by coming here and ordering. She had so much energy and was so nice. The guy in the back made my coffee just perfectly. This is my first time here and I’m definitely coming back!

My friend and I were stunned at the quality of our beverages: her matcha with blackberry and maple syrup blew her mind! The barista, Zak with no c (unless he actually said Zac/Zach with *a* c, in which case sorry Zakh), had the perfect affect— we loved interacting with him. The drinks were superb, the service was excellent, the ambiance was comfy and soothing. We might’ve just found a new favorite spot, and our standards are sky high! I wish I could’ve tipped more, I don’t typically write reviews— I’ll absolutely be back.

Came here for the waffle. Was NOT disappointed. Topped with bacon, Nutella, and bacon. They even sprinkled some powdered sugar. Bottled Sprite for my drink. I loved it! Filling and delicious. Comfy lofi cafe vibes. ☕️✨️

The first time I went to this little café was when I visited Raleigh a couple years ago and I wasn't impressed due to staff being a little rude and the coffee being a bit harsh. Since then, I recently decided to go back and give it another go. I must have got unlucky the first time or they noticed the problem and made adjustments. The coffee shop had fantastic coffee and great pastries! Some of them are made in house and some aren't. The staff will tell you which are if you want something they made, but to help out the muffins are made by them. I got a mocha and a Nutella chocolate banana bread muffin. The muffin was delicious and the coffee was good quality. Everyone seemed friendly and helpful making this a nice little experience. The interior is nicely decorated and the tables are good enough to set up and work from. A calming atmosphere without it being too loud.

I really want to love this place. Great location, the service was pretty fast and certainly friendly. My waffle was tasty and the drip coffee was almost as good as I make at home. The wifi is so slow we had to leave, though. It wasn't just me as I spoke to others that said it was pretty common. It's a 5 star for everything except a place to enjoy a coffee and get some work done, sadly. Update: I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get back to Benelux and update my review. The coffee and food were always great. Now the wifi is really fast and I was able to stay for a while and get some work done. I'll be returning on a regular basis!

A pet-friendly cafe - WHAAAAATTT !!!!! Welcome to Benelux Coffee :) Husband, Bambi (our pitmix rescue girl) and I visited Benelux at about 1.45pm on a cold but sunny Saturday in Dec and the place was almost full, got even busier 10 minutes after we got there. It was out first time taking Bambi to a cafe and Benelux was paw-some!! There were already 2-3 other dogs in there and yet it was nice and quiet. There is some outdoor seating, small indoor tables-comfortable enough for a party of 2, they also have a couple couches to relax and hang out if you have a larger group. We got a small table indoors and Bambi laid down by our side, tail wagging at all times :) There are doggie biscuits on the counter - they're good, if you want to keep your pup occupied and fed while you enjoy your Benelu-cious food! We got a small Cafe Mocha with whipped cream, a broccoli-onion-cheese quiche and the signature Madame waffle. Quick service, friendly staff and a cool ambience-decor. The cafe mocha was perfect and came with a biscotti. Husband especially liked the quiche, I thought it was okay. The quiche comes with a side salad / fruit salad. I got the side salad and it was surprisingly delicious. The madame waffle is a signature Belgian waffle, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream - AH-May-ZING! Absolutely loved it! Overall, we had a great time at Benelux cafe. Bambi highly recommends it for the biscuits, friendly people, fur-friends and cuz it made her humans so happy. If you want to hang out / study / work while chomping on some quick snack and great tea / coffee, definitely pay Benelux Coffee a visit. Don't forget to bring your fur babies !!!
