It was my first time New year's Eve. I really enjoyed it. The staff was kind and helpful and the Chef was talented and funny! The food and drinks were on point and everything was done in a timely manner even though it was NYE. I will definitely go again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to eat in the area.

We tried Fujisan as an alternative to Kanki (which continues to suck at little more every time we have gone over the last year) & were pleasantly surprised! The food was great, the chef was great, & the service was great!
Went last night. Plenty of food and was entertained by the chef. Had enough food left over for dinner tonight and it still was great.
Food quality is excellent! Much better than Kanki and the prices are better! Great service too! White Sauce is the best!!
First time here. I was here with all my family, from 18m to 6x, and everyone had a great time. Food is fresh and delicious, but most of all, it's kid's friendly. Although they need to stay in their seats while eating (common sense, but it's hard sometimes), they were so obsessed by the whole food cooking process. Chief did amazing work both in cooking and entertaining, my kids don't even try to get out of seats!
I saw next room having a kids' birthday party and there were fire (kids love it) and laughter all the time. I never thought about this birthday party idea, now I know it!
We had dinner here for my daughters birthday and what fun and delicious it was!!!
Such a unique experience!!
Food was really good for our first time to this restaurant. Most of the employees were kind. The chef seemed nervous however he worked through it wonderfully. Waitress ignored anything I said as well as my drink. Then proceeded to ask the wrong person to pay, I suppose it's weird that I'd be paying?! We do plan on going back however, if it happens again we will not bother to return. Please never assume who is paying.
My wife and I decided to come by here and grab some hibachi for lunch. We decided to share a hibachi chicken lunch portion. We normally expect to be charged a share fee for sharing the meal. I asked if there was a share fee and what it might be and was told they normally don't do that, and it would be fine to share it since it's a pretty good amount. Then at the end saw that we were charged $8 for the share fee. Kind of suspected it, but wish I would have been told that rather than not, or at least come out and let the customer know by communicating it. Wasn't really worth the price, but other than that the food was good and our chef did a great job!
From appetizer to artwork, this was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and attentive. The table side chef was knowledgeable, friendly, interactive and did his job with class, perfection, artfulness and humor. The portions were IMMENSE and well worth every penny.
Really tasty food, great price for the large amount of food, we ordered the imperial dinner for 2 (chicken, shrimp and beef), you have to go starving, so you can eat all of that. Our server was amazing, he did some tricks.
My daughter and I came here for a mommy/daughter lunch date and loved it. The food and people were wonderful this is going to be one of our go to lunch spots. ❤️
First time here and we were pleased. The portions were very generous. We had to get too go box for leftovers. My wife and I got the regular chicken. The food had good flavor. We were surprised by how much food. Everything was seasoned well. The service was great! We always had refills never had to ask. We will definitely be back. I would recommend this place it's definitely worth visit.
Very nice experience. Very nice vibe. Great food. Great service. We will be back .
I come here a few times each year with my boyfriend and his parents. They know the chef, and his sushi is phenomenal! The service is always good, we’re seated very quickly, and it’s always a good time. Their beef tataki is especially good.
Sushi was amazing! We couldn't get our fill! The atmosphere felt authentic and the sushi chefs were very professional. We also ordered tepenyaki at our sushi table and had no issues at. Overall this place was legit. Great service great taste.
Busy establishment but only had a 10 minute, if that. Server lady was prompt. The portions are generous for the price. Looking forward to coming back again
Jairo made the night. He was so intentive to all our needs, while being the only server for 3 tables. Cups were never even close to being empty, bringing ice for the kids soup, bringing them kids chop sticks without being asked. He truly anticipated all of our needs and had a wonderful personality with a huge smile on his face all night. 10/10 would come here again just to have him be our server.
The chef was fantastic (I apologize I forget his name) he interacted with my children, even cutting my 4 year olds food for her. He made all of us laugh and smile.
It was a wonderful night. Food was delicious, with plenty of leftovers.
Neil was a delight! The other patrons at our table were charming and the chef was outstanding. The food was plentiful and delicious. This place gives Edos in NY a run for its money!!!
Wow. Best Japanese I've ever had!
Sushi was fresh and exquisite.
The steak and mushrooms melted in my mouth.
Masterful. I'll always come back when I come to Raleigh. Clean facility. Well kept. Kind proprietors. Chef was very funny! I'd give it 6 stars if I could.
I stopped here for a quick snack and drink and was not disappointed. Neil waited on me at the bar and he was phenomenal! Great food, conversation, drinks and overall experience! I will definitely be back
Authenic Traditional Japanese sushi with premium sushi rice. Excellent hibachi and staff paired with big filling meal portions. The best quality sushi around and is filling to the point that it the best bang for your buck especially with limited cheap sushi options around Brier Creek. You might as well get the best if you have to spend and celebrate. I have been going to them for celebration dinners, dates, and birthdays over the years (they were previously Fujisan). The hibachi is also excellent by the way, and always fun to watch. Especially the fire onion volcano! I have yet to see anyone disappointed going there to celebrate. The staff are charismatic and will make sure it feels like a special dinner. For covid, it may be a bit crowded at dinner but they have plastic sheets up for social distancing and also offer less crowded seating away from the hibachi cooking tables. When I accidentally got soy sauce on my mask the waiter even gave me an spare mask! Now that's hospitality. Sushi is my favorite food, I will definitely be coming back the next time I get the hankering. :)
