This store is beyond a store. It’s more than a fast food restaurant. And it stands out over any other Chick Fil A I’ve visited. It has an inclusive and welcoming vibe. The food is delicious. The service is on point. And it’s really nice to see the diversity in this store. Chick Fil A at Cameron Village is a breath of fresh air for those who have chosen to not support this chain in the past. All are welcome here and you truly feel that. And the food is always always so good. Thank you for being such a gracious team that is transforming this brand in positive ways. You all represent it well and should be very proud.
My wife and I went to the State Fair for a few days and stopped here on our way home to Maryland. Can't believe the size of this place. I've never seen anything like it. Food was delicious and staff extremely friendly and courteous but I wouldn't expect anything less from Chick-fil-A.
First time visiting that Chick-fil-A. I loved it. My server Amanda was pretty kool. We had a couple of laughs on my expense but harmless. Glad to hear that you all stay open for breakfast until 1100. Nice layout but I sat outside to enjoy the weather. #Kudos #ThanksAmanda

Love going to this place ..my son eats here a least 4 times a week.very nice staff and very clean.i will continue to go there love it.

Love this Chick-fil-A! Quality service and delicious food. We appreciate the wi-fi access and the fact you have grilled chicken as I am gluten intolerant. I also commend you for having a place to recycle your styrofoam cups. Most places do not and the material is not ideal for the environment, so at least you show your commitment to recycling and eco-friendly operations in your store!
Big, 2 story restaurant. Really clean & well run . Went with my Grandson and he wolfed down a fried chicken sandwich in a heartbeat. We went upstairs just to see it. Lots of students there eating and studying. Impressive and always good food.
Set up was a bit different than I'm use to. One line for mobile pickup and one for regular pickup and I think the drive through window is actually a back door. But it's chick fil a. Everything was Everything
Please be patient with this chick fil a. They have to be one of the busiest locations being right next to a university with nearing 40,000 students. They do their best. Special shout out to Genneice for being amazing. Thank y’all for all you do and for providing amazing tasting chicken!
Chick fil A is always a great option for fast food. The food is delicious and the service is terrific. This location is enormous, two stories and a double drive through. They have ample outdoor and indoor seating though they are missing a play area. The parking at Cameron Village can be REALLY sparse so parking during lunch could be a nightmare.
It seems like there are more hiccups in the kitchen then you would want to. But the location is huge, and they are set up for high-volume. So I can understand the complexities in that. The servers were incredibly friendly, and did not even finish the sentence with their coworkers before greeting me. Truly amazing service.
The mobile order isn’t worth it anymore. Thought I’d order some fries, it’s quick now at chick fa lay. I’ll just use the mobile system.

I waited in line and a person took my order was patient and polite and when I arrived at the spot where I would receive my food, the person was very polite. Gotta say though, the muffins were not to my taste. I don't like whole grain wheat muffins.
Very busy location with an expected wait time but line always moved quickly. Recently the wait time has increased to the point of line not moving @ all for 15 mins. Very big change from the usual. Volume of people has not changed so wonder the cause.
The quickness of receiving your ordered food was surprizing. Very quick, I moved off to wait, and there they were w/ the grubbage. Smiles all around.
Best store in Raleigh. Super yumm salad feels fresh, quick service, their spicy chicken sandwich with their sause is bomb!! Fulfilling….
Absolutely superb location! First rate customer service and immaculate food. This location has two floors and elevator to reach it. Entrance is very welcome in. The food is served hot and full of flavor. Highly recommend this location to any Chick-fil-A fan.
I love Chick-fi-A is only fast food I eat...2 or 3 time a week I have to eat there... Unfortunately, with salads they are having a bad service, they are not putting enough ingredients.
