I went to Cookout two days in a row. Adrian was so patient with me as both times I placed three separate orders. He got all the orders correct both times. He was friendly and professional. Our food was hot and fresh. I recommend the burgers. The specialty milkshakes are delicious.

Really yummy! Can't speak to the main food, but went here for hush puppies, onion rings, and the seasoned fries and it was really good.
Customer Service has definitely changed for the better. Paris was pleasant and patient. The food was great as well.
UPDATED 12 December 3021: This Cook Out location is always popular! The staff did a good job of keeping the dice-through lives moving.

The employees where very nice and kept me informed of my order status which I appreciated since I just got back from living out of the state since 2013.
