I walked five miles for this. I have been waiting 2 years to try. Worth the food. Service was less than good and very old fashion place. However the bagels were the best. I got the Italian Hero on a pumpernickel bagel. I want another one 😆 I guess I better start walking there to burn off the delicious calories. 2 Bagels and a tip ~$25.

The place is not fancy, but wins you over by focusing on the food and NYC culture. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an egg bagel with a small cup of coffee. The staff was friendly and had my bagel prepared quickly during a morning rush. The coffee is set where there are different stations for whichever flavor you're craving then the assortment of sugar and creamers. I love love love a bacon, egg, and cheese and was delighted to find one close to me. I was expecting more cheese and mess from the oil and food just coming off the bagel, however that experience did not take away from the flavor of this bagel and satisfy my craving. Along with bagels, there is a deli service that can be ordered and picked up. In the deli, there are highlight of NYC with the skyline, baseball, and other decor. It's a quick and hot bagel for when you need one.

This spot is without a doubt the BEST bagel spot in Raleigh. The line out the door will speak for itself. Incase you need more convincing, the bagels are actually fresh, the sweets are amazing, and the eggs and bacon are fresh, not frozen. When your craving a delicious, authentic bagel, this is your spot. It's well worth the wait. And please try something sweet while you are there. You will not regret it.

Best place for bagels in the entire South. Not as good as NYC, but darn close! Great chew and bite! If you want to have a bag of bagels to go, call the day ahead and they will have them for you. The Sun-dried Tomato bagels are great!

During my first visit, I took my order to go because it was busy inside, but I’ll definitely be back! It was busier during lunchtime than I expected, but it was nice to see a place buzzing with activity. Several of the customers in line around me seemed to be regulars since they were talking about their favorite menu items. I chose to get the Reuben with pastrami and an eclair. Both were delicious. There were signs regarding price increases, but I still think the prices are very affordable and reasonable.

Best bagel spot that’s the closest to actual NY bagels (my husband is from NY/NJ so we always visit up north for bagels and pizza)! They’ve also got muffins, cookies, cannolis, eclairs, lunch sandwiches and more. I was there at 7am in a Sunday and they were already busy! Definitely will be coming back!

I go here probably 4 times a week. Bagels are delicious but very very long line on the weekend. During the weekday best to get there before 7:15 to avoid the crush. Everyone here is friendly.

Best bagels in the area. I moved here from NY and it's the closest to NY you will find in the area.

Visiting from out-of-town and took a chance on this place after searching for coffee in the area. The reviews aren't lying... this place will hit the spot, no matter what you're craving. Clearly, this place has a lot of love and work in the mix, and you won't walk away disappointed. We opted for the create-your-own omelet, which was packed with every ingredient you ask for (fresh and no skimping!). The coffee is good, and I'm planning to go back for some cookies and other baked goods as well... yum!

Now that I work from home, I don't get to NY Bagels & Deli often. I usually stop there early on the way to Durham once month. I am always encouraged by the friendly owner and staff. The food is top quality: real eggs, bacon, and fresh delicious bagels. The coffee options are quite good (Kona is my go to :). There is also a real sense of community, I think due to a long-time customer base and being situated in a fairly residential area.

Great selection! Everything I've had had been wonderful. Only downside is the long lines for breakfast as everyone loves this place.

I can't believe I never wrote a review for this place. It is great! It is one of my favorite places even though I don't get over there often.

Best bagels in Raleigh, not NYC good but after a couple years here you can’t really remember the difference anymore. Love the service and ambiance

I'm from Chicago and never had a breakfast bagel B4. I really enjoyed the food and the different types of bagels.
