Service was horrible, food was cold, this used to be my favorite place.

Carrabba's gave us the opportunity to try again, we did not tell staff we where there to give them one more chance. We have to say our meal was absolutely perfect!! It was our favorite place again. Did the waitress have everything perfect, no, but she made it perfect by asking and getting it done! We had a wonderful Lunch. Thank You!
Party of 10 with 3 kids, the place was packed but still got excellent service from our server. Food portion 7/10, food quality 10/10.
The BEST Italian food ever!! We drive from Rocky Mount to Raleigh just to eat at Carrabba's!! Management and staff are the best!!

The husband and I had a great dinner with no waiting on a Friday night, which I found unusual. The food was wonderful and Cedric, our server, was amazing, friendly and professional. I love the atmosphere and I always have a good experience at this Carrabba's. We will be back and I can't wait.

There not fast at taking our order, they are slow at all of our stuff but there food is the best!
The visit started off on a negative, but thanks to Jamison for stepping up and making sure we had a good experience. The lamb was absolutely on point. The drinks were as requested, and our food came out at absolutely the right temperature.
Chloe was an amazing server. Our food was absolutely fa tasting. My wife had one of the seasonal drinks that came in an ornament and it was great! We can't wait to come back.
Service is extraordinary! Servers help each other when they need, and have wonderful attitudes. Gigi and Jesus were amazing, always checked on us. Really great experience.

Absolutely great dinner here tonight. Not only was our food and service great but the manager made rounds personally to make sure everything was going well. You can tell the staff here works as a team. Highly recommend!
Great service, great food. I had the Pollo Rosa Maria and my girlfriend had the Chicken Marsala - both were so yum.
Unfortunately, the food was terrible and we had to send it back. The service is excellent, always has been and.
We just could not eate our food was cold and the steak was a piece of grizzle, the salmon was okay. But but for the most part, it was not anything that we would eat again. Perhaps I will get a new chef and serve our food hot. The manager combed our meals, which was very nice and did not charge for architecture. To go solid, perhaps it was just a bad day. We will of course return because we love carrabba's.
Loved the fact that the waitress gigi was very helpful. Her personality was very bubbly. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming.
I met a friend for dinner and ate at the bar. I was so impressed by the service and food. The food was perfectly seasoned, I requested no garlic. Bread, friendly chats with both bartenders.

The food was A-mazing, and the service was pretty good. The waiter was very nice, but he seemed nervous and forgot to bring a couple of basic items. He did apologize and bring them.
We ordered the shrimp scampi and calamari for appetizers. The calamari was a bit overcooked but seasoned well. The shrimp scampi was perfectly cooked as usual. The lemon butter sauce was a perfect balance and very smooth.
The Ceasar salad was perfectly dressed. Not too much dressing and not too little.
We also had the chicken soup. I must say I am not as big of a fan of this soup as I once was. They have changed the recipe here in North Carolina. In Texas, we frequented the Carrabbas there, weekly. In Texas, this soup is made with white pepper, so you have a slow, subtle back heat. Here, at this location, they use black pepper instead, and a lot of it. So it's more, in your face, right up front heat.
For the main course, we had the short rib over garlic mashed potatoes with marsala sauce. I get this every winter as it is a seasonal dish, and it is to die for. A definite must try! The marsala sauce is rich, sweet, and smooth. The garlic mashed potatoes are rustic style with the skins included in the mash. They are seasoned well with just a hint of garlic. Now for the short rib. OMG! It is extremely tender and melts in your mouth. The richness of the beefy rib is complimented by the sweet, smooth marsala sauce. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pics, sorry. That is something I need to work on.
Now for my only complaint...the restroom. It was horrible. I have seen cleaner restrooms in fast food places. There was only one usable stall. The others were filthy. The toilet seats themselves were disgusting. The entire restroom had paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. Inside and outside of the stalls.
Good food. My favorite is the Mezzaluna. We used to go regularly, but within the last year their prices have ticked up quite a bit. The value isn’t there anymore. So we go a lot less.
Had an excellent experience! We have 3 kids and they made sure to bring their meals out first. Food was excellent. Service was top notch. Will come again.
The food is always great. Since I started eating here, I never go to that other chain Italian restaurant. It's a little pricier but well worth it. The short rib marsala was so tender that I was able to pull it apart with a plastic fork. Also looove their bread and olive oil and herbs.
This location has really stepped their game up! Bar tender Emily and Ellen were very attentive and caring. My food was hot and fresh. Emily explained the dish very well as I was trying to step outside of my comfort zone and try something new. Also Ce Ce the manager hospitality was wonderful! They all checked in regularly to make sure we were taken care of. Overly attentive and nice. And for the Chef this night put a lot of love into the dish. It's definitely a difference. Nick, Mario and Julio the chefs team work definitely made the dream work! Family, caring environment where everyone understands the assignment and work together! We ordered carryout, the staff was friendly and understood the menu. Angela the manger was great, she was helping in carside she greeted our car as soon as we parked. She made us feel special, she went over our items in our order and made sure our extra bread was in the bag. The food was hot and delicious. Thanks Angela and Carrabba's for being spot on!
Carrabbas has always been my favorite spot ❤️. Gina is an amazing server and I will definitely be back again. I can fill up on the bread alone! Love the sausage and lentil soup, the pollo Rosa maria and them PORK CHOPS WERE EVERYTHING!
