Wow! The atmosphere of this place is amazing not to mention the food and our server. Shoutout to Sol P (sorry didn’t get your full name that was what was on the receipt :) She remembered everything that was ordered, brought it out quickly and was so knowledgeable about the dishes. Even offered to take our picture. Thanks again! Excellent customer service and hospitality. You guys are doing great!

Really amazing Mexican food with great service. We were able to get in on a busy Saturday night within 45 minutes. Just sat at the bar, service at the bar was great too. It is also a full service bar so if you can't get a table this is a great option. I was so impressed with how good the service was and how fast our dishes came out given that the place was slammed. My favorite dish of the night was the esquites corn soup and the taquitoes. The atmosphere is really cool too with a cute train serving appetizers to small dishes to the tables.

Waited over an hour, I recommend massing reservations. Worth every minute or hour of the wait!!! The atmosphere is incredible the most effort into the vibe, such an incredible vibe and family down home feeling! Oh the drinks so many to choose from but so delicious and presentation is beautiful. Now the food is absolutely where it is at, with generous proportions the food is just incredible. I have been twice and can't wait to go back.

I would recommend making a reservation. The food: Hot, fresh, and seasoned well. It had a gourmet feel versus home style, too me. Everything was plated well. The chips and salsa 10 out of 10. I had the Esa chimichanga. It had a red sauce that I was not thrilled with. The meat was tendered and juicy. I liked the rice, and beans were in a different container. The vegetarian options are good as well. Service: Even though it was busy. The service was freaking great. He was patience and I dont feel rushed. He was observant and knew the menu well. He suggestions were spot in. Atmosphere: 100 out of 10. The decor is festive and vibrant. The train is super cool. The plants stole my heart. I wanted a piece of each plant. Each table inside has its own theme and style.

Dos Taquitos really is the best spot in Raleigh! My friend and I have been going for years and our most recent experience was the best yet. This place has the best ambiance and a chill laid back vibe with high quality well priced food and drinks. The queso and tostadas are AMAZING! Everything is top quality and the servers are so sweet, especially Joel!!!

Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! Service was amazing! We arrived at 4 with reservations and were immediately seated. Somehow when making reservations I missed where being seated at a train table was required. We were seated at a non train table and I asked to be moved and was advised they wouldn’t be able too. We were bummed but not the end of the world. A few minutes later a gentleman comes over and advises us there was a train table if we wanted to move. Such great customer service! Our host and server were amazing and the food was out of this world. Literally laying in bed eating my leftovers as I write this review. Definitely won’t be disappointed if you chose this spot! I already can’t wait to go back.

This place is unique from the moment you walk in. The food is spectacular. The jalapeños were spicy and hot. Everything from the margaritas to the churros was incredible. This is a destination in and of itself.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE THIS PLACE IS! So much fun. It's more than just 'going out to eat'.. this restaurant is such a conversation starter. There's so much to look at inside AND there is outdoor seating as well (just in time for Spring and nicer weather). Service was excellent and food and drinks were tasty. I recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a different eating experience. P.s. the train delivers your guacamole and ice cream! OH YEAH - Parking is easy and easy to get in and out of :)

Fun and funky with some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had. Our server, Sami, was efficient and personable, and very knowledgeable about the menu items. We started with guacamole and a warm queso dip. Delicious. Everything we tried was seasoned well and tasted so good: carnitas, steak tacos, enchiladas trio. For dessert the three of us shared the Peach Guava Empanada with Ice Cream!! Divine. If you are visiting Raleigh, this is a must try!

The food and service is fabulous, and the atmosphere is wonderfully unique! I went with friends a couple weeks ago to celebrate a retirement, and they handled our large party with ease. Everyone was pleased with their food. I live about a half hour away but I'll definitely go back.

Delicious Mexican restaurant in Raleigh! We didn’t get table service with the trains but we have a reservation in a month for that and we’re looking forward to it! Service was an absolute delight.

Authentic, delicious, and amazing decor is Dos Taquitos! Upon walking in, you are immediately transported to a colorful oasis complete with a train that brings you your check, guacamole, and joy, of course! I decided to try their chicken tacos with beans. Omg! The quality of the meat and other ingredients is phenomenal! The ingredients are fresh and so delicious! Every bite is amazing and full of flavor. The chicken has a great chargrilled taste with a hint of sweetness that keeps you wanting to eat more and more. I am so glad that the waitress recommended this along with adding the avocado slices. Minus one star for the high prices and small portion sizes. I would love to come back here more as the food is like I said phenomenal, but the prices hurt my heart!

Amazing interiors. Very decorative. Cozy and not heavy on the wallet. Would love to come back again. Dishes are okay if not the best. Service is great and friendly. They try to accommodate requests as much as they can.

Dos Taquitos delivered on high quality food and fantastic service. We went for a graduation dinner and had a large party. Originally, I was concerned because there was no indication of vegan options on the menu. I checked online and it looked like you could customize but I didn't know whether the rice or beans were ok. I asked our server who was amazing in helping us decide what we could order. Aside from the obvious things to avoid, also avoid the spanish rice (lard) and salad dressing (honey). That leaves a ton of options! Good to go with any beans and the cilantro rice. Guacamole is a must. Very fresh and well seasoned. For dinner, we ordered the Mis Garnachas and Chilaquiles. The Mis Garnachas were our favorite. The cakes were cooked crispy and topped with beans and veggies and avocado. It was indulgent and also fresh. Good balance. The Chilaquiles were very rich and served with a ton of delicious veggies. The salsa verde was perfect - tangy, fresh, and salty. Our server did very well with a large group. We did have one issue with an entree but it was handled well. We are excited to return.

Delicious Mexican restaurant with great food, nice drinks, and friendly staff. The queso train was super awesome and the decor was so eclectic. Loved it and wished we had one back home! (Asheville) ordered the enchiladas de Puebla and the mexico lindo y querido. They have chickens on site that provide fresh eggs!

Food is pretty good, not the best I've had, but it was good. I would definitely go back. I like the atmosphere. Service was quick and easy. Seats could be a little bit more comfortable, though. I was disappointed in the margaritas. It barely had any alcohol or I didn't even taste any honesty.
