The food was great and the service was phenomenal. Love that the sushi rolls were buy one get one. We had the Sushi-Thai platter appetizer and soup and the Dragon roll. Absolutely will go back whenever we go back to Raleigh!!!!
A group I belong to travels around Raleigh-Durham trying all kinds of sushi restaurants. As a self proclaimed sushi connoisseur, I give this place 5 stars. The sushi was as I would expect from a nicer place like this. The buy one get one deal applies on weekends also, which was a plus. The ginger/wassabi was great quality. Which tells me they pay attention to quality in other areas. The sashimi pieces weren't as thick as I would have liked to see, however they were very fresh. The atmosphere and service were outstanding. I would say that is what set them apart from other places. Would definitely recommend.
Amazing place inside and out, just beautiful wood work. Now for the Sushi and services was really good. Our Sushi Buddy's meet up group enjoyed everything a lot. Will be back soon Thanks Larry Walls
PS: 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can't beat the sushi here. Best prices in town and best Sushi, always fresh. Appetizers are wonderful too. Other than that I haven't eaten any of their entrees. My husband and I have been eating here for years. We now live in Wilmington, but dont miss a chance to eat here everytime we travel back to Raleigh.
We held my husband's 40th birthday celebration here last night. We were a party of 15 and the service could not have been better. The food was phenomenal and and the sushi boat presentation was spectacular. We drank, we ate, and we communed. There were no issues and I look forward to going back for more delicious food. My highest praise is that there was a huge selection of choices for everyone and the prices were very reasonable.
The food was delicious. Our waiter was excellent as well!
Best sushi place around for quality and price!!!
Best sushi in the Triangle!!!! Love this place! Never had a bad experience.
BEST sushi in Raleigh. Always excellent service and food each visit.
Favorite sushi place ! I love their bogo sushi!!!!
Overall Rating (1-10): 8.2
An excellent Asian bistro that offers a culinary tour around Asia with selections from Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines. The food and atmosphere were outstanding, and it's a place I'm eager to return to in order to explore more of the menu.
Atmosphere (1-10): 8.4
The cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant were top-notch. The décor and layout provided a unique and culturally rich dining experience that goes beyond merely serving food.
Food:
Crab Wontons (1-10): 8.6
These wontons, akin to crab Rangoon, seemed to contain real crab, a rarity in the Raleigh area. It's evident that they were made in-house, setting them apart from others I've tasted.
Pineapple Fried Rice (1-10): 7.2
The high-quality ingredients were apparent, and the seasoning was spot on. The beef added to the dish was also noteworthy for its quality.
General Tso's Chicken (1-10): 7.2
This dish gets an 'A' for effort. The inclusion of fresh broccoli and peppers, often omitted at other establishments, was appreciated. The chicken pieces were the perfect size for one-bite eating, though a bit more crispiness would have been ideal.
Bulgogi (1-10): 7.2
The flavor of the bulgogi was remarkable, and the accompanying kimchi did not disappoint. My only wish was for a more generous serving of beef, as the dish was heavier on the vegetables.
Spring Roll (1-10): 8.4
Crispy and fresh, a welcome change from the often stale-tasting cabbage-filled rolls commonly found. The dipping sauce complemented them well.
Value (1-10): 7.6
The overall dining experience was well worth the cost. At $82 for three people, including appetizers, the price was justified by the quality of the food and atmosphere.
I had a great dining experience here. Well-priced and tasty food, with lots of options available, and a cozy atmosphere. Seemingly very LGBTQ-friendly/welcoming, and the service was very fast. Definitely recommend!
Stopped here for lunch and am glad I found this place! I was craving sushi and Google led me here, but I ended up ordering a poke bowl with tuna. It was really good and the fish was great quality. The Thai tea was made well, not bitter or powdery. Service was prompt and very friendly. It wasn’t too busy inside, but I did have to walk a bit because the shared parking lot was full. I will definitely come back to try some Thai food!
I am so glad I came here! Originally wanted to go to sushi nine, but they had an hour wait! So decided to come here and it was an amazing experience! Sushi and drinks were great! Service was exceptional! Ask for Tanya as your server, she is amazing, even tho she was not my server she still was very welcoming and friendly!
I love this local fav! The food is awesome and the people are super sweet! I think the lady
At the front is the owner! She is kind and very pleasant. She even offered to make me beef and broccoli at her home! I love it there! And they also have the best Thai Tea in Raleigh!
Loved everything about this place-right from the entrance, the decor, beautifully carved tables & chairs & ofcourse the food. We chose flaming salmon roll & fire ball roll in their BOGO rolls and it was so flavorful and filling. Sushi Thai Sampler was not to our liking as it was all fried and lastly the fried icecream didn’t disappoint; wasn’t expecting it to be so huge though. All in all a fantastic visit and we shall return to try other rolls on the menu.
We've gotten take out from here a few times now and it never disappoints. This is the first time I've eaten in the restaurant and it's even better!
The atmosphere is fantastic and the artwork is phenomenal. The service was prompt and on point. The wine selection is decent. We both got a Thai dish and some sushi rolls. All of our dishes were delicious and large in size.
Overall, I can't say enough good things about this place.
Ordered Crab Won Tons for an appetizer, Dynamite Roll and Spider Roll for the main course, and accompanied it all with a glass of Cabernet. Everything was delicious! The food was presented in an artful manner, and service was thorough and very friendly. This was my first visit to this restaurant, and it will not be my last.

First time eating here (1.14.23) and absolutely loved it. Poke bowl was amazing and my Sin City Sushi roll was incredible. Good service and a very clean restaurant with lots to choose from. We’ll definitely be back!
Actually still here and leaving a review before I even leave. Buy one get one off sushi rolls and they were great! Service was great and we didn’t have much of a wait even on a Saturday at dinner time. I’m from out of town - would recommend this place to others.
New location and dining area is bright and relaxing. Great service! The quality and portions of the sushi were excellent. I recommend the eel roll as well as the bulgogi (for meat lovers).
I wanted sushi for lunch, and this restaurant was only 5 minutes away. I was pleasantly surprised. Just look at the picture lol I have only gotten take out from them. I will definitely be coming back for lunch and dine in.
We’ve eaten in several times and probably get take-out once a week. The sushi is absolutely fantastic every time! Super awesome staff and consistently delicious every time!
Came here with some friends for lunch and enjoyed it. I ordered the buy on get on sushi (got salmon with cream cheese and eel rolls). My food was delicious! Just be aware that some of the rolls are white small and even two rolls might not be enough for lunch. I also tried the tempura vegetables and the coconut soup that my friends ordered and those are great options as well!
Amazingly fresh and delicious! The sushi is second to none. Huge variety of rolls. Beyond sushi they also have many traditional Japanese offerings, also, Chinese, and of course Thai. Good choices of Sake, as well as beer. The Thai tea is a treat in itself. The service has always been impeccably friendly, and prompt. The staff is very knowledgeable. The decor is very lovely. It's a great place for date night, gathering with friends and family alike. I highly recommend giving it a go as I believe you'll truly enjoy your experience.
Stopped by this place last minute because the pizza shop that I was trying to pick up pizza was closed for the day.
I ordered 2 sushi rolls online for pick up amd happened to get them on half off day. For half off the rolls here are really affordable and great value for the price. I'd say that they were excellent.
Their overall review score is a 4.2 but I think this place is much better than that. The rolls are fresh. The ingredients are fresh. You can taste the freshness and decency in quality in the fish which made the rolls great.
If you have time then dine in as the interior is pretty nice imo.
Great place to grab something to eat if you have family at the nearby UNC Rex hospital. Place is tastefully decorated. Each table has different carving which is very cool. Took advantage of their BOGO sushi rolls and Panang curry with pork. Not it's a lot of food. Ended up taking the rest home.
I did indulge with their mango sticky rice. One of the best I've had: warm rice and not too sweet coconut sauce. Will be back again. This time with a friend.
Update: came back with my daughter. We ordered the sushi special and drunken noodles. So good!
Excellent food, excellent service. The most kindest staff ever encountered in a restaurant.
