Went here for lunch from work. I had the Carne Asada plate. The chips were fresh and crispy. The service is fast but my steak felt old. A lot of food for the price you pay though. The bar is also nice with some great choice of sauce.
This is our favorite Mexican restaurant. We eat here a time or two a month. The food is high quality and the service is friendly. They have generous portions and refills on drinks. Has the unique feature of a salsa bar so you can pick the spiciness of the salsa to have with your chips.

Great mom pop authentic Mexican restaurant. From outside it may not look so great but food is excellent. Very colorful n chill environment and very friendly staff.
The food came out hot, fresh, and seasoned well. I wanted more but had no room to put it. I went with the carnitas plate after asking for suggestions 🤔. There is too much to choose from, which is usually a good thing. Will go again.
Really enjoyed the tacos, refried beans. I thought the rice was extremely dry. Tamales were not terrible but not really that great this time. Awesome employees. Nice location.
I am born and raised from San Diego and half mexican. This place is the closest taco shop I have found in North Carolina to San Diego mexican food. The only two reasons I did not give 5 stars is because of their portion sizes. Los Cuates is much more expensive and we get half the portions we get at
Got the Chile Rellenos and it was 🔥 amazin! Highly recommend! They come with your choice of corn or flour taco shells and the salsa bar is 🔥!! Always a friendly staff, huge portions. Time for a siesta 😎
Delicious food, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Low carb options available on request. I especially enjoyed the steak huevos rancheros.

This is my favorite Mexican food spot in Raleigh. The price is great, the people are wonderful! The food is love... it literally makes me shimmy in my seat it is so good... I go regularly for lunch.
I was just going to take a bite before the drive home, but....I couldn’t resist. And it was gone 😅 So delicious and fresh! The gentleman working the counter was so polite and friendly. We got the carne asada tacos and a carne asada burrito with horchata and Jamaican juice which both were refreshing
As a so cal transplant (San Diego) this place really brings me back home. The only thing I wish was different was I wish they had a Durham location too. :) It's very authentic southern California style Mexican food and the service is quick and easy with plenty of places to sit at this particular loc
